Great apartment with clipper boat close by that takes you directly into city. The apartment I had had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and even kitchen and front room. There are several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I think this is typically more of a business type rental, but it worked out perfect for my family. The apartment is not cleaned each day, which wasn’t a problem for us, but worth a mention as I didn’t realize this.
Tough to find. Directions could have been much better. Parking was not easy to figure out either. Its next to the four seasons hotel. Just stating that in directions would have been a very simple thing to do.
The experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. Courteous and attentive staff, the appartment was very well-maintained throughout, terrific views across Docklands, easy taxi ride to the O2, miles better than staying in crowded Central London. Vary good value for money especially the special deals.
Minor criticisms :(1) Better directions on how to get there would be helpful when negotiating the tunnels into Docklands and (2) heating temperature control in the appartment would be good as it was too warm insiide even though the outside temperature was - 3 degrees!
Location was excellent. Space of the appartemnt. It would be good to highlight it is next to the Four Seasons hotel as it was at first a bit difficult to find.
Perhaps, carpets were a little bit tired and all doors were kept closed. I guess there is some kind of safety / fire regulation about that.
The apartment was really clean, comfy and spacious. Everything my family needed was available in the apartment.
Unreasonable high charge for the internet.
Good standard of accommodation and comfortable, roomy and warm. Not noisy and easy check-in, polite staff.
Didn't realise check-out time was so early, 10am.
