Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near important and iconic tourist sites downtown and close to an underground station. The hotel was well-kept, rooms were clean, and hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The price. It was a bit expensive for such a small room. I stayed in a queen bed room and it was difficult to move around the bed. Also, the rain shower did not have a lot of pressure. I would have liked to have a regular shower head instead of the rain shower one.

Pros: The hotel is lovely and in a great location. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. This is our second time staying there and we would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Our room was a little small. We should have asked for an upgrade.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Noise from a construction site in front of us from 6-7 am and also from lorries loading and unloading throughout the night. This could have been mitigated by a decent soundproof windows or a double layer. If I had known this was going to be the case I would have booked somewhere else, maybe not that nice and amazingly located, but probably way cheaper.

Pros: Lokatie, entree,
Cons: Some staff front desk; long corridors in the hotel. Not being notified by the staff about necessity to make T-room reservations, T-room being occupied by non-residents

Pros: This traditional London Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful. We booked a double room at the back so did not have a view. However our friends upgraded and had a wonderful view across to the Buckingham Palace mews. The bedroom facilities were much better than many hotels. For example there was loads of wardrobe space, large mirrors and a plug next to a mirror for the hair dryer ! Large walk in shower and lots of hot water. The bed was large and comfortable and we had a turn down service every night. The room had good lighting. Something else other hotels often lack when trying to create “an atmosphere” ! Breakfast choice was good, buffet or cooked. My only criticism would be that the coffee and tea took ages to arrive and most folks need a coffee immediately they sit down. ! But we were offered top ups from the attentive staff. The doorman even took our luggage round the corner of the hotel so we didnt enter the new low emission zone. Thanks guys for a great stay. We will be back. Ps Pollyanna was extremely friendly and helpful at the front desk.

Cons: A little slow with breakfast coffee. I think are sorting that though
5.7 Okay
Pros: Great location
Cons: £18 for a vodka and coke and £9 per pint. What’s more all bills have a 12.5% discretionary service charge which isn’t brought to your attention.
Bar staff also have poor English and are unhelpful and rude.

Cons:
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location. Elegant hotel. Bed very comfortable, but small.
Cons: Staff at desk knew nothing about restaurants to recommend, tube stops, etc. Also room a bit small, couldn't open all our luggage. View from room was alley, had to keep drapes closed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful position opposite Buckingham Palace Mews.
Cons: Dogs in rooms
7.9 Good
Pros: The door attendants and reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was nice to receive a phone call just after we had arrived in our room from reception checking that everything was okay with the room.
Cons: We found the concierge a little 'off-hand' and 'brusk' like he had little time for us. The breakfast was disappointing as the eggs were sloppy and the breakfast just warm, not hot. Choice of fresh yogurt could have been better and the butter on the table was melted. The bar staff at night were very 'formal'.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Well located. Lots of staff who were always attentive and helpful. Beautifully cool as it was hot in London. Great breakfast in a lovely setting.
Cons: Room was a little small but loved the antique furniture.

Cons: Expensive food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was entirely happy with almost everything . Singer was lovely.
Cons: When we returned on Sunday early evening our room hadn’t been cleaned. We were given two fresh towels to use to get ready to go out. When we returned late evening the bathroom and hospitality tray hadn’t been updated to replace items used. On one occasion a doorman reprimanded a staff member in full view of the bar. One bar staff who did Gin tasting event was not at all friendly. Breakfast wasn’t amazing ( cooked) ..but just ok.

Pros: Even though the hotel is quite small it does give personalized care and has great facilities. Our room overlooked the square and was still quiet and serene. Room size a bit on the smallish side but not too small as to be inconvenient. Bathroom facilities clean and modern. Towels were always clean and fresh. And all the staff were very helpful and friendly. And not to forget the great location of this hotel, a few minutes walk from both Knightsbridge and King’s Road shopping areas. This was a return visit for me at the Hari and will definitely be staying here again.

We had an early flight back so checked out of the room and left early (6am) - we were greeted upon departure with take-away coffee and tea, along with fruits and pastries. Literally left good taste in our mouths as we left the hotel. We'll surely return to the Thompson on our next visit to London!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building & all very cozy
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Even though the hotel is quite small it does give personalized care and has great facilities. Our room overlooked the square and was still quiet and serene. Room size a bit on the smallish side but not too small as to be inconvenient. Bathroom facilities clean and modern. Towels were always clean and fresh. And all the staff were very helpful and friendly. And not to forget the great location of this hotel, a few minutes walk from both Knightsbridge and King’s Road shopping areas. This was a return visit for me at the Hari and will definitely be staying here again.
Cons: Nothing, everything was great
7.9 Good
Pros: Bar and events supervisor I believe he just joined your company very recently, he was absolutely amazing he’s an asset to your hotel. We always stay at the Knightsbridge hotel when we visit London which is around 10 times a year but in future we will be staying here
Cons:
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Stayed for 10 days, Was an amazing stay , perfect location, staff are super nice and friendly, everyone is smiling, highly recommend
Cons: Everything was perfect!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern design, bathroom was sleek and simple, hotel was cozy and garden studio was great. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel.
Cons: Crowds in front of hotel every night , they shouldn’t allow this hotel is small and having such crowds make it uncomfortable for guests. Corridors in front of rooms always smelled like food, lots of guests threw stuff out the room and it would stay there all night.
4.6 Okay
Pros:
Cons: I have Two booking for 2 nights and they checked me out from the first room at 12:00 am And I have to wait around 4 hours to get my other room
5.4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was okay - average selection for a buffet. However, the location was fantastic.
Cons: Where to begin... 1. The hotel rooms are VERY small - No sound proofing...if your neighbor shuts or opens their door at whatever time of the day then have no doubt you will hear it and if you are a light sleeper then good luck! 2. Service is very poor whether at the Italian restaurant or at reception. I paid a cash deposit and at checkout they said there was no record of any cash payment on their system..luckily, I had kept a copy of my receipt. Not to mention the time spent going back and forth on this issue. 3. I was in London to plan my wedding and chose to stay at The Hari for the convenience of the location however, I was unable to hold any meetings at the hotel or meet anybody in the lobby or the lobby bar due to the amount of kids aged 14-20 who were lined up on a daily basis from 6PM onwards in order to access the lobby bar for its famous doughnuts creating a huge inconvenience for in house guests not to mention the way the lobby looks every time you walked in or out.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location, the bed and bathroom
Cons: The room was too small and has no enough tables to put your stuff
10.0 Excellent

Literally left good taste in our mouths as we left the hotel. We'll surely return to the Thompson on our next visit to London!
Cons: The room as several articles which seem complimentary (such as USB cable, etc.) which upon checkout apparently cost quite a lot (we were charged 10 GBP for the cable).
Continental breakfast is not diverse - just a few pork cold-cuts, a couple of cheeses, some juice, coffee, pastries etc. We asked for a few slices of tomato and cucumber and were charged 4 GBP for them.
A stay at The Hari places you in the heart of London, within a 10-minute walk of Sloane Square and Hyde Park. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and an elevator.
With a stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens, you'll be centrally located in London, just a 3-minute walk from Sloane Square and 5 minutes by foot from Saatchi Gallery. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services.

Pros: We had an early flight in and went right to the hotel. By the time we had breakfast there was a room for us. We were there 4 days and mostly worked with Johnnie the concierge who was extremely helpful and fun. The other concierges were helpful and friendly as was the whole staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Johnnie sent us to a lovely Italian restaurant for dinner our first night. We will definitely stay here when we go back to London.

Pros: Great location! very comfortable and nice bedding, and very good concierge service.

Pros: There was no amenity this hotel didn't think of, no service they didn't offer. The staff were attentive; complementary luxuries abounded (slippers, robes, yoga mats, umbrellas, wifi, fresh fruit, water), the minibar was extensive with snacks, drinks, phone chargers, spa products, just about anything you could need. The location was perfect - right in the middle of London, with park access, easy tube access, a friendly and convenient retail area around the corner for pubs, bakeries, and shopping, all with a view of the London Eye and Big Ben from our room). They made great use of technology to make sure housekeeping is always on top of everything, plus 24 hour room service and 3 room service menus (including one from Nobu!). The room was on the small side (by American standards only), but incredibly well appointed, clean, crisp and modern, with all types of power adapters built into the desk. I have recommended them several times.

Pros: Our favorite part of our stay was the Breakfast staff individuals serving us in the mornings. Our daughters have a fatal nut allergy and they were absolutely professional kind loving and thorough in making sure our daughters could eat safely. In addition to that they were just beautiful lovely human beings. We enjoyed their interaction and company more than we can actually explain. Please note and give those individuals a raise or some kind of recognition for their excellent care. In addition to this Lonnie at the concierge desk was stellar. He was patient and helpful and thorough in terms of helping us lay out our days and how to maximize our time and enjoyment - he was wonderful!

Pros: Great center location in silent neighbourhood. Rooms were nice and comfy.
Cons: There was some confusion in their system or communication between stuff, even though we paid extra for 2 hours later check out, the stuff (three different people) managed to call in to our room three times telling us to check out at 12 or later calling why haven't we checked out yet.

7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, major sights at walking distance. Rooms good size - mini-bar and coffee/tea making facilities always a plus. Breakfast pretty good ( although the coffee is horrible). Pillow selection.
Cons: Staff in general needs more hospitality training, especially front-desk (too many juniors). No pro-active / smiling attitude in general, no friendly chats. Bar / bar area is heavily under utilised and could be made into a nice area to hang out. I always like cozy bar areas in hotels, with good atmosphere, friendly lighting and some background music (good for booze sales as well!) - but this was missing unfortunately. 2 exceptions, bar staff Jezus and Simina were wonderful and do understand the importance of making your guests feel welcome. Breakfast - food selection is fine (full english always nice) - but personally I find a good coffee (cappuccino / espresso) very important and this is sorely missed. Simply invest in a good, self-service coffee machine and I'm sure the guests will give top marks for breakfast. Beds slightly too firm for my liking - but this is personal preference.

Pros: Amazing location. Very comfortable not noisy neighborhood. Close to Victoria coach station and shopping, restaurants at Victoria underground station. Walking distance from embankment. Very clean bathroom. Quite spacious room and good mini bar.
Cons: Russian speaking lady at reception was a bit lost and gave me ground floor room which I didn’t like. Had to change it within same day via manager. Other personnel was good and very helpful.

7.1 Good
Pros: The room was clean and the staff useful - replied quickly to my queries.
Cons: I booked a room with no windows as was getting in late and check-in out early the next day, but did not expect the ceiling of the room to be so low, was like feeling in a box.
7.1 Good
Pros: Excellent position near Victoria Station which makes it easy to get to/from both airports, especially Gatwick via the Gatwick Express. The room was clean and made ready early. Wine and Cheese in the evening was also nice before heading out to see the city.
Cons: The mattress was not very comfortable in the queen room. Lack of a shower door or curtain in our room made for a very wet bathroom (however it was an accessible room so I see why it was set up the way it was)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved how the hotel creatively made the most of the space in the room. Everything we needed. Location was excellent. Room was very clean with bed made & fresh towels & water daily. & unexpected bonus of sky tv!!!
Cons: Only a very small observation rather than complaint but we felt the breakfast bar was too close to the main reception making it a bit awkward & crowded to get to breakfast buffet when others guest where checking in & out. Maybe if it was moved to the corner as you come through the front door where there is a bit more space & away from the activity around the main reception might address this. But as I said a very minor issue.

Cons: The size of the room. A very efficient use of space with every inch accounted for. It was indeed comfortable and provided everything we needed but small by North American standards. Everything else including the lovely Cadbury's hot chocolate made up for the lack of space.

Pros: We had a 1BR apartment which was great as we had a small kitchen and a lounge at the end of the day. Close to the tube and a very comfortable bed.
Cons: The room was very cold and staff told us they don’t provide heating until November. Paying for high grade accommodation should mean you don’t have to wrap yourself in a blanket to sit on the lounge at night.

Cons: under flight path

Pros: We had an amazing experience at Dolphin House. It was a perfect location for us to get access to the Tube and easy, safe shopping. The apartment was large and gave our family a sense of home away from home.
Cons: The staff was a little slow when we needed help. They were still very helpful, but didn’t seem prepared when it came to simple requests like a set of new sheets. At one point we were locked out of the laundry room and it took some time for them to 1) believe me and 2) unlock the door manually.

Cons: Needs an upgrade. Feels like circa 1960 but has a new paint job. Lobby is the slickest part of it. Furniture in room was fine but I'd describe this as an upgraded dorm. No shops in the neighborhood.

Pros: The size and quality of the apartment. The bed was excellent, large and comfortable

Pros:
Cons: Tried to check in at 3:00 PM, was given the room at 5:00 PM. The room smelled like food & had an extra bed when I came in (which I didn’t ask for) The room smelled like a kitchen for 4 nights. Will not be staying there again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: The delay response on our orders, they take more than 30 min. to do what we ask for. Also, we have booked a room with a garden view (which cost a way more than a city view). HOWEVER when we came over to the hotel, the receptionist informed us that all rooms with garden view is occupied. This is a lack of credibility!

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: I had problems with: 1) having to switch room because of plumbing technical problems ... 2) not having the room view-location requested and paid for ... despite having to switch to another room without the view requested. 3) having noticed (unfavorable odor) in the drinking glasses during having the dinner. I do suggest that these above remarks are brought to the attention of the administration of the GH-Hotel, Berlin. Thank you, Dr. Saeid A. Alghandi

Actually I locked my bag. The lock is missing

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring London. I also love that you can step off the train and leave your luggage behind and start your day. The staff were amazing and upgraded our room for our wedding anniversary.
Cons: We had the worst nights sleep we have ever had in a hotel. There is obviously a bar or club within the hotel and the music played at a ridiculous level until 2am! We were on the first floor and possibly directly above the club so the base of the music vibrates through our whole room!!!!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Great breakfast, clean rooms, but...
Cons: Lifts far too slow to close doors and to get up to each floor Main restaurant menu far to fancy, none of my tea wanted to eat there, 90% of people there, chose drinks and not good. Menu was trying to be Michelin, when nice good food, without silly 'trying too hard' names and combinations would have worked. Staff in restaurant were slow. The exec happy hour canapes were poor and not nice. Drinks too 30mins to arrive, Canapes had to remind them 3 times. Air con machine making banging and clicking sounds, woke us both up at 5am. Not good, would not sleep in hotel again, unless these issues are fixed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: fire alarms going off at night. Charging 5 star prices for 2 star rooms. Smallest bathroom in the UK, no wonder they have no pictures of the bathrooms on their website.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice breakfast.
Cons: The executive lounge was under refurbishment so had to use bar area, after many stays in this hotel and having used the quiet relaxing executive lounge with buffet style food and drinks the bar did not give the intended feel, and no choice of finger food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Most everything. I have stayed here twice before and will stay again. Nice rooms. Nice people. Lovely lobby. Great bar. Good breakfast. A quiet, calm place. The price on booking.com was excellent.
Cons: Perhaps a little variation at breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Well, last time we stayed at the Grosvenor, the included breakfast was the full breakfast, this time it was just a continental in the lounge, OK but not as good as the other 2 times we stayed. The room was comfortable as always.
Cons: Did not care much for the executive lounge, too quiet and isolated. Preferred the champange bar for the atmosphere.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and room was nice and quiet
Cons: Pillows were very hard and lift to our room wasn’t working so we had to carry our cases upstairs. Was fine for us but would have been better if concierge had offered to help.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location of the hotel was great. Beautiful lobby and structure.
Cons: The Fire alarm went off in our room at 4:30am causing me to jump out of bed hitting my shoulder which is now in pain several days later. The staff said it was an error. Plus the television did not work and the cold faucet in the bathroom did not work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient grand friendly
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: The lobby was beautiful and it was a great location.
Cons: The rooms were tiny. There was no room to even open a suitcase. I expected more for the price. The elevators had issues as well and we had to carry our suitcases up stairs.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Great Location next to the Victoria Station.
Cons: Old building and the service was very poor. Our request for an early check in was not met and saw most of the guests loitering in the lobby until their rooms were ready. Had to wait for 4 1/2 hrs to get the room (till the normal check in time). Looks like they stick to their normal check in time irrespective of the availability of the rooms. Fire alarm went off at 5.30 am the following day and no one knew the reason for it. It was cold and raining outside and there were no umbrellas or a shelter to go out of the hotel. Staff were not properly trained for such a situation and they gave us different answers for the alarm to go off. Fire truck came with only two fire men and after about 40 mts allowed to go in. Alarm went off 3 times again the same day around 11.30pm and yet again the same routine. We were scared as hell for the rest of the 3 nights as we had no option left and were on the 4th floor and no escape if a fire breaks out. The breakfast was awful and no choice at all. From the second day onward we opted to go out to have breakfast. Its definitely not worth the money we paid.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and nice building. The bathroom was nice.
Cons: The room was very small

Cons: There was no hot water, which after a long flight, all I wanted was a hot shower. I ended up just washing my face in the sink because the shower was freezing. Cons: The bathroom was clean and good. It's just that there was one shower room that had a broken door (couldn't be closed) and it made it more difficult to use. The door was not fixed by the time I stayed there (only 2 days) and it looks like it had been in that state for a while...

The guy at the front desk wouldn't book me in, he made me go online to book in even though I was standing at the front desk. I asked a simple question "how far is it to Westminster Bridge?" and the fool had no idea. Also the room I was in had 24 beds like a slave ship. The fool at the front desk couldn't even write the door code down properly so I was unable to enter the room. The breakfast was pathetic.

Pros: Staff are great. Breakfast was overpriced but good. Beds were comfy and clean
Cons: Lights didn’t turn out in room overnight. No plugins in bathroom. Long wait to use showers (just a couple per floor) and the toilets are in same area, so constantly in use.

Cons: Everything was fine really, one minor thing is that one of the shower doors didn’t lock, but there were several others available

Pros: The location - Victoria station is a stone's throw away and there are some good shops, pubs and restaurants nearby The staff were brilliant and very helpful The breakfast was ideal for us (cereal, toast and tea, coffee and Apple juice) though fruit would have been appreciated
Cons: The room was tiny - especially the bathroom The shower had good pressure but no adjustable height so felt as if I was drowning at times The wifi had to be paid for There was a light switch coming off the wall The room was freezing The room was in need of a real makeover - the carpet was so worn that it was turning from red to brown
3.8 Mediocre
Pros:
Cons: Very dirty, small room, old windows, the blanket was full with other people hairs

5.4 Okay
Pros: Location great. Reception staff or owner friendly. Towels every day .
Cons: Small twin bedroom. Only white toast no brown. Had to ask for tea coffee sugar every day. No happy about the nail in the floor outside the shower. Which I constantly stood on. Tv too far away to watch properly. This was only our room not sure about other rooms.
4.2 Okay
Pros: It’s location
Cons: Looked like something out of the 1970s towels and bedding had holes in decor was disgusting shower cubicle was falling apart didn’t want to spend any more time than absolutely necessary on the hotel. Didn’t partake in free breakfast as didn’t feel clean enough to eat in
1.0 Poor
Pros: It did not seem to give us any bed bugs and it was close to Victoria station.
Cons: Pay for WiFi when it said it was included. Dirty. Awful mattress. Shower overflowed in 3 minutes. Shower cord was kinked waterflow sucked So cold you needed the space heater on all night. Only 2 of the 6 outlets worked. Loud. Thin walls. Toilet far away.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The room was filthy for which there is no excuse. Included breakfast was laughably disgusting. The lady for want of a better term of the word who seems to be an owner is very very rude and abused me for using the wrong disgusting coffee pot that was an old rusty perculator from the 1980’s
