Pros: I have returned to London tens of times before choosing a different hotel every single time for the sake of change, this was the only time where I said, I will always be coming back to this hotel again, always! Room 105 & 405 are quite spacious and extremely luxurious classified under the “Deluxe King” category. Their staff is nothing short of exemplary. Amazing attitudes and are always eager to assist in any way. Cleanliness is also reason why I will always come back here, the room is always clean and tidy and very posh.

7.9 Good
Pros: The Stafford has a great location - very quiet and close to both the main shopping areas and the tube line for Canary Wharf and Waterloo Station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: We arrived at 2pm (as prewarned) and the room was not ready - it became ready around 2.30pm. Despite being a premier King Room it was no larger than many much cheaper Queen rooms (only the bed was bigger) and the bathroom was three narrow and steep steps up which was not ideal during the night. The hotel is popular with non-residents both at the bar and at breakfast so can be busy and noisy for residents. Breakfast was frankly unpleasant with awful loud modern vocal jazz singing on the piped music and a very loud business breakfast group adjacent. Better eat outside at Pret or Carluccio.

Cons: The shower did not have hot water Windows did open We paid and booked the deluxe Junior suite at stables however the manager gave me the impression that he upgraded us yet it was a downgrade. He moved us to an executive junior suite the news which is cheaper than what we booked. Extremely disappointed. We have been clients at the Stafford for over 8yrs. This is definitely the last time I will stay at this hotel. It was much better when it was owned by the Kempinski

Pros: The location
Cons: The place is old. The elevator was out of order multiple times during the day. I was stuck in it for 3 minutes
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Small room. Staff not what it once was. After staying here close to 30 times we regrettably have had a pleasent time on our last few occasions. This place used to mean so much to use and has added to our special occasions, now it's the only thing that let's our occasions down.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, service and comfort
Cons: Noisy boiler that kept coming on near us and the bin men emptying early on a Sunday. I had paid for a large room, then on realising it wasn’t a twin felt I was then put in a back room for the same money, hence the value rating went down.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location.
Cons: The sheets were stained and we found at least 5 strands of somebody else's body hair on them. The hotel manager was very rude and did not resolve the issue to our satisfaction.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Warm breakfast toast done one side only recommend getting breakfast in nearby cafes for 3rd of price and much much better Fan in bathroom not working could not let the bath out, damage to bath panels looks tired No complimentary biscuits with tea tray and no herbal teas needs updating with times.

Pros: There was no amenity this hotel didn't think of, no service they didn't offer. The staff were attentive; complementary luxuries abounded (slippers, robes, yoga mats, umbrellas, wifi, fresh fruit, water), the minibar was extensive with snacks, drinks, phone chargers, spa products, just about anything you could need. The location was perfect - right in the middle of London, with park access, easy tube access, a friendly and convenient retail area around the corner for pubs, bakeries, and shopping, all with a view of the London Eye and Big Ben from our room). They made great use of technology to make sure housekeeping is always on top of everything, plus 24 hour room service and 3 room service menus (including one from Nobu!). The room was on the small side (by American standards only), but incredibly well appointed, clean, crisp and modern, with all types of power adapters built into the desk. I have recommended them several times.

Pros: Our favorite part of our stay was the Breakfast staff individuals serving us in the mornings. Our daughters have a fatal nut allergy and they were absolutely professional kind loving and thorough in making sure our daughters could eat safely. In addition to that they were just beautiful lovely human beings. We enjoyed their interaction and company more than we can actually explain. Please note and give those individuals a raise or some kind of recognition for their excellent care. In addition to this Lonnie at the concierge desk was stellar. He was patient and helpful and thorough in terms of helping us lay out our days and how to maximize our time and enjoyment - he was wonderful!

Cons:
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very attentive staff, good location. Quiet room. Complementary bar.
Cons: Small room. Window in the room was not opening (no fresh air). There was no yogurt for breakfast.

Pros: Great staff. Clean, well equipped and comfortable if not tiny room. The free cheese and wine before 8pm is brilliant and a marketing coup. It makes you forget you are staying in a micro-room. Air Con very efficient. Blackout blinds really help sleep. Good sound proofing. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Was on a business trip and an iron would have been useful. Great sound insulation save could hear running water from showers in other rooms - it was that or very noisy air-con. Not sure paying for a room with windows was worth it as was on the ground floor with opaque windows that were directly onto the pavement outside so just pulled down blackout blinds.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. Location very good
Cons: The size of room with double bed was very small. You can get down from the bed only from one side, this is inconvenient with two persons sharing the bed. There is hardly any space to keep the suitcases or shopping bags.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. Location. good to start a walk, reach public Transport - 1hour to and from LHR.
Cons:
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was great
Cons: The room was very small Unfortunately for me the day I checked in the aircon wasn’t working so you can imagine after traveling from the middle of England to London I was hoping to rest when I arrived, but the room was so hot I couldn’t. It was August and 30 degrees so this was rather dissatisfying. The hotel did put a small fan in my room but I wasn’t able to sleep very well due to the discomfort. The hotel offered me a complimentary Breakfast
7.1 Good
Pros: location for theatre
Cons: Very hot day. Air conditioning did not work in room. Was told whole hotel was out when booking in . Was a lie. Found working ok in reception and another guests room was also fine. So asked to change room and did.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, cleanliness, reasonably quiet
Cons: The room was a lot smaller than appeared on website. Didn't like bed being against 3 walls, very difficult for a couple. Not enough space to put luggage away.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is very central. I have stayed here many times.
Cons: I was in the basement, for the first time, and there seemed to be small flies in the room and hallway

Pros: The W Hotel is in a very central location in London - right in the heart of Chinatown and it's surroundings. We expected it to be quite loud but found the hotel to be extremely quiet and comfortable during our stay there. The hotel has a very funky vibe and is suited to travellers who don't mind being in the heart of the action and looking for a modern hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the modern conveniences one would expect from a hotel of W's size. Overall, a pretty good stay!

Pros: The location in Leicester Square was very nice, and the hotel seemed to be a popular place to visit.
Cons: I received the worst treatment possible from the managerial staff. Firstly, even though they had my reservation, which was made and confirmed a month and a half in advance, they decided that they didn't have any room available for me to stay in when I arrived to check in. I found this to be very unprofessional since they could have called me or emailed me prior to my arrival at the hotel to give me a forewarning so that I could plan ahead as well. The situation was worsened by the staff then relaying this information to me in a very condescending manner in which they had the very unapologetic tone of "take it or leave it".
Secondly, they decided that a fair way to "compensate" me would be by reserving a room in another hotel on my behalf, without any input from me regarding choice, and then giving me a ride to this new hotel. I specifically chose the W for my stay and did not choose the other hotel when making my initial plans. So, the manager felt he could take the payment for the room at the W, decide that they no longer have a room at the W, then deny me the choice of an alternative hotel, and all without the option of a refund. They said they were compensating me, but I feel that they cheated me greatly. It was terrible customer service. Eventually, I had no choice but to take their offer of staying at the other property, which I didn't want to stay in, since they were not going to make any room available for me at the W for the night.
Truthfully, I feel there were a bunch of racial undertones and biases based on the unprofessional, condescending, unempathetic, and unapologetic tone of the manager and staff. I have stayed at many hotels around the world. This has been, by far, my worst experience with any hotel staff regarding a reservation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotel at central area! Location is good! Staff are friendly . Very close to all shops. I am visiting in August, 33 degree , the air conditioning system is good ! Not many hotel have good air conditioning system in central area as they are all much older !
Cons: W hotel always have party during the weekend! The room is quiet still! But you can feel the hotel is “busy” during the party time. Also, no bath in the room, which is a bit weird for this price’. Shower room very small.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Perfect location for central London. Staff at check in desks were amazing and really helped with our requirements as well as making us feel very welcome.
Cons: For the price of £356 per room per night, breakfast should have been included! We cancelled our breakfast order as it took far too long to arrive and we to be elsewhere. Bar and waiting staff didn’t seem to be interested in helping or very knowledgable.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The locations! Room designs are modern and nice.
Cons: On two separate occasions I came to find my room door open (the housekeeping forgot to close the door when they finished cleaning my room and kept the door open with all my belongings inside) Totally made me feel unsafe! The first room (spectacular room) is very small bcoz of the counter they have in the middle, takes up soo much space in the room so no place to move around. Cleanliness wasn’t good either although i did point it out a few times. And above all that my room was just on top of the bar so the noise was too much to handle and my room was actually shaking from the loud sound.

Pros: The location is good in central London and it was easy to reach. The bed was clean and staff were nice.
Cons: I didn't expect a shared room to feel that uncomfortable. It smelt really bad and a couple of guys were snoring all night long. Having a shared bathroom for multiple rooms was a bit tricky cause then you have to wait in queue for your turn. I left the property more exhausted than I entered it.

I also liked the fact that there were a decent number of vegetarian options - and that there is a Tesco and a Boots really nearby for any other needs.
Cons: I would have liked a closet or locker in my room, and more phone charging points in the common room.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff was not helpful, loads of stairs, no kitchen, common room had no light, irs like a basement
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice and clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds, coffee 24/7, good wi-fi. In the center of the city.
Cons: A guy who actually was living in the room with a lot of stuff, but really polite. You have to take your locker with you.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff, location and food are excellent!!! The property is so clean.
Cons: Bunk beds extremely noisy so pretty much if you have some that moves a lot/ toilet during the night you’ll definitely wake up with them. In addition, they clean the bathrooms/ toilets during peak hours in the morning so get prepared to queuing up.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Not much
Cons: The room was terrible. It was badly designed and very difficult to stay in. The bathroom was not only badly designed but dangerous to use. The bath was too high and almost impossible to get in and out of for a shower. There were inexplicably several completely unnecessary steps along the corridor which were difficult to manoveur a suitcase over and no staff to help bring up bags or take you to your room. The check in staff member wrote our room number so badly in our key folder that we went to the wrong room and had to go all the way back down to reception to get clarification for the room number. In the room the television didn't work properly and therr was no information about how to use the facilities. I had to guess how to call housekeeping cause although there was a card next to the phone there was no number on it. The room was designed so there was only one major blinding overhead light - no lamps or reading lights - so when one of us wanted to sleep the other had to sit in complete darkness. Add to that even in the day we had to have the blinds drawn because the windows looked out on a filthy alley with several drunkards leering up at the windows so we were always gloomy or over lit. There was no attempt to soundproof the windows and we were kept up most of the night by the constant loudspeaker from Warren street station announcing it was closed or closing or evacuating.. Plus all the police and ambulance sirens. It was all small irritations but considering how expensive this hotel was it all added up to a very poor stay. When we checked out no one even asked us how our stay was or if everything was OK.. Cause honestly they clearly didn't care.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and courteous, and the property was clean. The English Breakfast was very big, and provided many options, including vegetarian options, which was nice. Check in and check out were quick and efficient.
Cons: The room was small. I knew that going in. It's just good to keep that in mind. While it was comfortable and, for one traveler, fine, it was still very small.

Pros: Excellent location short walk from Euston. Really great staff. Room massive and huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent well organized and hot buffet. Smoked salmon and scrambled egg recommended. Coffee and pan au chocolate to follow. DELICIOUS!
Cons: Room was sold as disabled but the door was too narrow for my wheelchair unless it was folded up. To be fair the Hotel advised of this before we arrived so not unexpected, but if wheelchair bound it would be a problem.

Pros: Lovely marble bathrooms, good location convenient to St Pancras and Warren St stations, very good quality, comfortable, very clean bedrooms and stylish hotel. Good breakfast buffet.

Cons: Renovations still ongoing. Construction was happening in the room next to us during the day on a weekday. No construction on weekends and it started at a reasonable hour on weekdays. Few amenities in hotel, but we weren't looking to use them. My wife didn't sleep as well as she needs a contour pillow and one wasn't available.

Pros: Breakfast being buffet style so take whatever you can eat is great though more choice on eggs other than being scrambled such as fried or poached would be lovely. Within walking distance of the train station and West end theatres this is very handy to stay at. Price is very reasonable.
Cons: Had virtually no sleep due to noise from outside of what can only be described as road rage taking place. This went on continuously for well over an hour. Then noise from bin lorries, after that building work lorries and sounds banging around. I know this was out of the control of the hotel but still you would expect the double glazed windows to block this out at 6th floor up but it didn't.

Pros: The property was in perfect location for what we needed
Cons: Didn’t enjoy breakfast, sausages were burnt, fatty bacon , not much choice of cereal, no granola, also very small dining area. And the room we stayed in was also very small barely room to walk around the whole of the bed, and bathroom tiny!!

Pros: highly efficient, staff are attentive in check-in desk ; key drop-off / pick-up ; luggage storage ; breakfast seating

Pros: Superb location and great breakfast. Early housekeeping.
Cons: Room facing street is too noisy at night. Quite a small room, don't hv enough space to put 2 luggages

Pros: The location was grate, stuff was ok.
Cons: A terrible experience! The room is so small that there is no air. no air conditioner, no heating, TV not working. At this hour we had to settle for what was. When we asked if the order could be canceled, they said we would be charged the full price. The staff, especially the receptionist girl who treated us were not at all welcoming. We felt they were doing a favor that they even unser to me . The room was filthy, no linen was changed from the day we arrived. The room is so crowded that two suitcases cannot fit together, but can only be on each other. Reasonable breakfast .Except for the location, i really do not recommend getting close. Not worth the grief. If you are average weight people and above, you can't even breathe in the shower. There is no room for two people with suitcases. Just don't! We skipped from one side of the room to the other by walking on the bed. If you need air, don't come to this hotel.

Pros: Cost, Location, cleanliness, refreshment tray, hairdryer in room and room safe. Very close to the Dominion Theatre for those attending shows there.
Cons: Queue to check in, very slow lifts - there are 4 but we never had two opening at the same time and this meant a lot of time waiting for them to arrive and when they did they were often full. I would prefer a larger bath towel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: When I needed a safety pin, housekeeping came up straight away which was awesome!
Cons: Lack of consistency, no hand towel or soap for a few days of my stay.

7.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: The location of this hotel has been changed to an old building!
4.2 Okay
Pros: Moved rooms as smell of cigarette smoke bathroom dirty and bed linen grab and go breakfast really poor for price of room bed uncomfortable So liked nothing except staff
Cons: Everything except staff
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is brilliant, we were attending a festival in Hyde Park
Cons: The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at after 4pm. Then the receptionist told us he didn’t know When the room would be ready, not long hopefully, so we used a friends room to get ready and to leave our luggage as we had dinner plans. When we arrived back at the hotel after 9pm, we were told our room was ready. We went to our room which was clearly under renovation, dirty, unmade bed empty drink cartons and rubbish all over the bathroom floor. We went back to reception and the receptionist was unaware of the filthy room or that it was getting renovated. Room2 on another floor, no air conditioning, broken and when the maintenance guy came he said the hotel was aware but told him to show his face to keep the customer happy. What a diabolical way to treat paying customers. I WON’T BE RECOMMENDING YOUR HOTEL, YOUR ONLY INTERESTED IN MY MONEY NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE- SHAME ON YOU.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very basic everything is old
Cons: Location
7.1 Good
Pros:
Cons: too difficult to find hotel
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was a mess because of the alterations and clients should not be charged full price
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: The elevators were out of order and it was only one working. The lines for the elevators were huge and when we left had to carry the bags on the stairs !
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Air conditioning did not work, had to move my room. And then the new room's air didn't work either. Concierge, front desk, and housekeeping rarely answered their phones forcing me to go downstairs in person for my needs. Service was awful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The beds were really comfortable
Cons: To much street noise
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location if you are attending any event in Hyde Park. Complimentary breakfast: just pastries, fruit and coffee in the lounge. There is no other dining on site, but loads near by. Great staff, all very helpful and welcoming. We had a fantastic room, spacious and we'll equipped. Room was quiet even though we were at the heart of London.
Cons: No water bottle refill available on the ground floor (although there was an ice machine). We were given free water in plastic bottles though. I tried to phone the hotel several times the day before our arrival, but was unable to get through.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing but the location
Cons: Hotel is over priced and not worthy at all
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location sorry that's all
Cons: Edges of the bed covered in duck tap the small toilet sink that didn't drain, marks on the carpet.
