It was very quiet the room was extremely spacious for the price. The bathroom was beautiful, balcony was nice although faced a parking garage. Debit card deposit was $50, there was a convenient underground parking garage. I wish I had been able to stay longer, concierge/front desk was really nice despite previous reviews. Traffic around the hotel was surprisingly light even during the busy holiday weekend making it easily accessible.
No vending machine on property, although Denny’s was close for a late night snack. Recommended restaurant, Napa Valley Grill, was extremely expensive, catered to 60 or older, and not flavorful. If you don’t want a $100 plus bill for unflavored.
The hotel charged our credit card twice for the room. When we contacted the hotel’s manager she said that she will send our bill by email upon our check out. 1 week passed and still no reply. When we talked to booking about the situation, the hotel send an email to booking saying that we didn’t show up while we were staying at the hotel. When we confronted the hotel about the email, they changed their words and said that we didn’t deduct twice, even though I showed them a statement from my bank account. It doesn’t deserve a 4 star hotel. I’m a regular traveller to the States and it’s the first time I encounter such a situation. In addition they don’t clean the rooms until you call the reception hundred times. You have to be in the room and call the cleaner or else they won’t clean your room. I don’t recommend this hotel.
It was not a good experience ! After 5 hour drive , we arrived at around 10 pm , they checked us in , then we told it’s not our rooms , for other guests , went down to reception, to be told that our kids will be on different floor , and since they under 18 , that’s not not allowed, we try to find for another hotel , after 1 1/2 hour , a adjacent room was given, Rooms has no view , and curtains does not close properly, sun light hit you in your eyes at 6:30 am
Check in experience excellent. Parking excellent and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Room beautiful and excellent amenities. Comfortable. Elegant. Quiet. A lot of good restaurant options nearby.
It is unfortunate there is no on site restaurant even for breakfast only or a bar in the evening. But the hotel focuses on what they do best. Wonderful accommodations. They are helpful to identify nearby restaurant options and there are many. Good far outweighs this one issue.
The room space is quite big and the kitchen is very good.
The front desk is too close the elevator. No "Don't Disturb" hanging sign and hotel instruction in the room. The door of the balcony need maintenance to lock completely.
