We came back with high expectations as the previous stay was perfect. Unfortunately this year many problems occurred: the room that was assigned to us at the check-in did not correspond to the room we booked. We had to wait 2 days before the staff was able to change the room. One day nobody cleaned the room notwithstanding we specifically asked for it early afternoon when we realized the room was not cleaned yet (and they assured us to do it). Finally, they charged 800$ more on my credit card which have not been released yet. We had to call them many times to try to fix the issue as we were traveling in California and we needed full availability on the credit card. They assured us they would have release the amount immediately, we are now at home and after 1 month the funds are still blocked by them. No discount at the check out even if we complained for all the problems we had during our stay. As mentioned, the previous stay was great. We will think before booking again
