Reasonable walking distance to the Staples Center, fancy renovations, staff is friendly, and comfortable rooms.
Parking is $50 a night and the only option is valet parking.
The staff in all areas of service were extremely helpful and friendly. The decor and comfort of the lobby and room were excellent. Staff response to requests were completed very quickly.
The location was a little far from places to eat. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but I would have liked more choices for eating.
Nice, big pool. Ice machines are convenient to get to. Comfy beds and a fairly nice area made for a relaxing few days. Shopping nearby at Figueroa and 7th.
Parking was 44 bucks a night for valet. No microwave or fridge in the room. No free breakfast offered whether continental or hot. Highway traffic was loud but it is L.A. so can't expect anything quiet.
Stayed at room 528. Didn’t receive maid service one day contacted reception, after third time of going to reception and asking to speak with the Manager. Room was cleaned and towels changed approx 9-30pm. Manager on duty said they would would give me a call regarding compensation the following day before I checked out (never received a call!). When I checked out I again asked to speak to the Manager on duty and advised I was told I would get an email regarding being compensated, the Manager took my email address and advised me a Manager would contact me(I am still waiting for a call/email). I understand mistakes can happen. It shouldn’t take three visits to reception to receive the service I am paying for, also for Management not to follow through with the resolution of my complaint I find unacceptable. I would like to add this was the only issue I had, but it was a small issue that should of been dealt with promptly rather than rumble on wasting time of my holiday.
The room was very spacious and clean. There's plenty of room to move around. The front desk staff were very helpful. Valet service was fast and efficient!
