Pros: Prices and service

Cons: Everything its perfect service

Cons: 1 hour delay due to maintenance but the ground crew and pilot kept us informed.

Pros: Drinks and snacks were fine.. Entertainment OK

Cons: Flight was 40 mins late. Plane was older than Noah's Ark.

Pros: seats were pretty cramped in economy

Cons: I have no complain it was good for the most part for, more food lol

Cons: I was ok but my daughters luggage didn’t arrive when we arrived which I found weird when we took the same flights

Cons: Gates switched 3 times and all bags had to be checked because of a small aging plane.

Pros: The flight was delayed because of fog, however, the agents and flight crew worked with patience and good humor and were able to move me to a different flight. The experience was as good as possible with the delays and crowds

Pros: Crew was so friendly.

Cons: I hate the trend of not having in flight entertainment and instead needing to stream on your own device. Also I never heard any audio announcements for boarding - maybe that terminal or the Seattle airport doesn’t do them, but it was confusing.

Pros: boarding was seamless and no hassles

Cons: the flight attendants were not as warm as they could be... one was rather sarcastic in her comments to passengers
