Pros: Very quiet place, the breakfast is fantastic and the hosts very nice.
Cons: Our room was a little bit humid
Pros: Everything. We had a fabulous 1 night stay. The host was lovely and breakfast was divine. Can’t recommend this B and B enough
Cons: There was absolutely nothing to dislike
Pros: Everything, beautiful b&b the loft is stunning, your own sauna, bed was really comfy, breakfast was excellent and the hosts couldn't be more helpful, the garden is stunning and very peaceful, will definitely be back to stay here
Cons: Nothing to fault here
Pros: lovely B&B, friendly staff, great Breakfast
Pros: Beautiful garden, large loft room. Friendly hosts. Freshly squeezed orange juice provided at breakfast. A goose, chickens and horses in the vicinity. Zumergem is a lovely little town with several restaurants.
Cons: The toilet located on ground floor. Metal staircase to the loft had no railing on top steps. For elderly guests and families with small kids this could present a dangerous condition.
Pros: Franky and Ilyas are great hosts and make every effort tot ensure you have a great stay. Breakfast is amazing and really like you'd expect in a 4/5 star hotel.
Cons: Nothing, we had an excellent stay.
Pros: Bed was very comfy, Franke was very helpful , breakfast was enough for four people, coffee superb and freash orange juice delicious.
Pros: The bed was extremely comfy in warm, modern, cosy room. The breakfast was devine. Everything was freshly made and there was a grate variety of food to choose from. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our short stay very much and would definitely return.
Cons: The bathroom is lovely and modern but I do like my privacy, unfortunately the bathroom being open planned didn't offer this. You wouldn't want a first date in this room for this reason alone.
Pros: The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and set up were superb! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is big and modern. There is a beautiful garden we enjoyed during early breakfast hours.
Cons: We stayed in the ground floor bedroom. The room itself beautifully decorated and the bathroom is big and very tastefully updated. Unfortunately there is no door separating the bathroom area and the bedroom. Some people are not very sensitive to such settings, but my husband and I did not feel comfortable.

The sports and recreation park Blaarmeersen in Ghent is 11 km away, and can be easily reached by bike or car. There are several restaurants within 800 metres of Sogni d’oro B&B.
Pros: The rooms and bathroom are very clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. The hosts are very friendly and considerate. They speak Dutch, French, English and Italian and are keen to supply you with information and tips about places to visit. They serve great breakfast. We felt very welcome. The place is very quiet, since it is located in a residential area in a small town.
Cons: The B&B is located a bit far from the main tourist towns in the area (Ghent and Bruges), but if you travel by car, this is not really a problem. The bedrooms have a sloped ceiling, which could be a bit difficult for very tall people, I imagine.
Pros: Thank you for a good stay, the staff at this B & B do their very best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Bright rooms with TV and kettle. In the hallway there is a fridge with cold drinks that you can buy from.
Cons: A little far from the city center / central station if you do not have a car.
Pros: Very comfortable and cosy , nice room and breakfast , gentle host , it's a nice place to stay , very quiet too
Cons: nothing special
Pros: The room and bathroom ware clean and quite recently renovated.
Cons: The room was supposed to be with a private bathroom, but the bathroom was in the common corridor :/. Moreover, the hotel night was too short (it starts at 5 PM and ends at 10 AM). The host lady pretended to be nice but from the very beginning reminded us that the hotel night finishes at 10 AM. In the morning we were preparing our luggages and since it was already 9.55 AM the host lady came to reminded us that the breakfast was ready and we should go down. We did so and started having our breakfast, but the lady disturbed us with questions about payment (which has already been done via credit card) and then prepared a receipt for us. At about 10 AM we could finally start our breakfast, but we couldn't enjoy it, because at precisely 10:05 AM the host lady came back and said that the hotel night had finished at 10 AM and we were supposed to leave. We didn't finish our breakfast, because we had enough of this unpleasant treatment. At 10:09 AM we were already in our car going back home. :/ Furthermore, there was nothing to visit in the area (the castle from pictures turned out to be a private propriety not to be visited).
Pros: Amita and her husband were so welcoming. Her advice on where to visit and other information in the local area and amenities was invaluable. The accommodation was excellent. We would definitely stay again and recommend the b&b ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros: The breakfast was first class. I have Coeliac disease which proved no problem to my hosts who went out of their way to get me gluten free bread. The room was very clean, furnished well with a lovely comfortable bed. I was very much made to feel at home and I will certainly return on my next visit.
Pros: Nice friendly hosts, clean quiet place
Pros: It was a very pleasant stay as our hosts were very attentive to our comfort. We had a comfortable room although bathroom and toilet are shared. Small but thoughtful tokens such as candies in a basket for guests were much appreciated. The neighbourhood is pleasant and there is ample parking at the residence.

Pros: The host was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was very good and well served.
Cons: Everything was ok.
Pros: Breakfasts were really good, location was on a really good place, near to everything.
Pros: Spacious and clean in a quiet rural location. The room was well equipped and comfortable and Curtis the landlord couldn't be more helpful and Arrington at 11:30 at night was not an issue. All for a very reasonable price that included a good breakfast.
Pros: The open and welcoming hospitality of Kurt was fantastic. Everything was just perfect for the break i was so looking forward to. I would encourage anyone to visit!
Cons: I didn't like that i had to leave to go back home to Derry! I'll be back again.
Pros: Easy to find, easy to check in. Nice room with all that I needed for a night stay on the way to the Eurotunnel in Calais. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The curtains in the room let through a lot of light. Made it a bit difficult getting my small children to go to sleep.
Pros: Everything was perfect. Clean nice room, very good breakfast and personal was the best. Thank you. We will come again.
Cons: Wifi wasn't working at all in the room.
Pros: Very friendly host, excellent breakfast, room was comfortable and everything provided, peaceful location.
Pros: Spacious room for 3, but the bathroom is open, so you better be good friends. Private parking on the premises.
Cons: No fridge, no kettle, open bathroom (not an issue for a single guest), gets a little noisy when you open the window (some farm equipment, I suppose).
