Pros:Clean. No weird odors. Free breakfast. The pastry and cereal were fine. The hot meal portion of flavorless bacon and egg omelet not so good.
Cons:Towels are not soft, but good for body exfoliation. Pillows were small and square, slightly larger than throw pillows. Bed itself was fine and was a nice wood sleigh style. Shower had ok but not great flow. Shower head should probably be replaced.

Cons:Between being double charged and geta room .com not paying them when they were sipised to i was charged 3 times for this room wich still has not beem resolved
Pros:Good value motel. Clean and decent free breakfast. Location is good, once you figure out how to get to and from the entrance. Staff were quick, efficient and friendly.

Cons:The handicap room was on the second floor. It was a regular bath w handrails, not walk in. The sheets had holes. The wash clothes were see through. The towels were good for exfoliating after a shower. For a hotel that is relatively new, I was very disappointed.
Pros:I liked the breakfast the first time they had it but after being stuck in the hotel for 3 days thanks to a blizzard, the food started making me sick. Why? Because they used the same food for 3 days and reused it again and again. The bed was comfortable and the layout of the room was nice. The fitness room was pretty good but thanks to one of my "didn't likes", I found out that it is not hooked up to the fire alarm system. Some of the staff was really excellent. The woman who sets up breakfast drove an hour in a blizzard to get there and make sure that we had food that morning, though she didn't show the other days, leaving the girl at the front desk to recycle the food we had.
Cons:During the blizzard, snow leaked in through many doors and windows (not in the guest rooms). Because of this, all but two of the 7 exit doors were frozen shut. The window in our room was also frozen shut, which made the room extremely uncomfortable since the heater is either hades hot or arctic cold with no middle room. Also, the shower barely dribbled out water. Our second day of being stuck here thanks to 4 foot snow drifts, the fire alarm started going off. It went off for almost 3 hours. Were we offered anything in return for our time out of our rooms? A discounted rate? Nope. One of the hallways didn't even have functioning fire alarms. Also, the alarm started going off because of a leak in the roof that dripped onto a wire. Overall the safety and upkeep of the hotel is deeply concerning. The pool and hot tub were out of order and had been out of order for a long time. The "Sweet Shop" that sells snacks and soda was almost completely out of food, which made our blizzard-days really tough. On our last day, the girl at the front desk kept telling us that the manager had called in a snow plow to free the guests from that horrible parking lot. THE GUY NEVER SHOWED. Thank goodness there was a kind trucker who was staying at the hotel and offered everyone free tows. We were able to escape, drive to Amarillo, and had a lovely night stay at the Holiday Inn, which I highly recommend. We had to book another hotel stay, even though we only had to drive to Albuquerque, because we weren't able to get out of the parking lot at this hotel until almost 5:00.
Pros:We got here just before a terrible blizzard hit Lubbock and got stuck here for an extra day. Not only were the staff caring and attentive but when we needed to stay an extra day because of road closures, they gave us the same rate as hotels.com from our first night. Breakfast was solid, I loved the Texas shaped waffles, and there was even some hot cocoa. Also, the showers are nice and tall.
Cons:The location is a little weird and the frontage road turn into the hotel is easy to miss. If you know your way around Lubbock then neither of these are issues really though.

Pros:The room was large. The bed was very comfortable and everything was extra clean, which were our main concerns. With breakfast included in the price, this place was a great value. I underestimated Lubbock and assumed there would only be one Baymont Inn in town so I just put Baymont Inn into Google Maps and we ended up going to the wrong one. That one seemed to be falling apart so we were very happy to find out we needed to go to another hotel that was in better condition.
Cons:The lady who was in charge of the breakfast area spent a little too much time complaining about other guests who weren't keeping the dining area clean enough for her liking. The location is a bit awkward to get in and out of, but it wasn't a big deal for us.
