Pros:I liked how the hotel owner/employees texted me about the room and i was able to make requests and have questions answered thru text. The location was good. The restaurant attached (only open for breakfast) was pretty good. Location was good. The room seemed clean, but I did ask 3 times b4 i got there for them to make sure the room was especially clean (i have health problems).
Cons:I was able to ask queetions and make requests thru text, but none of my requests were fulfilled (very frustrating since i made my requests and then later confirmed them with the hotel and was assured they were going to be fulfilled). It cost $253 for two nights which i found absolutely ridiculous. But i guess they can get away with it just because there aren't many lodging choices in the area that are much cheaper. The cleanliness was overall good, but as i was drying off after a shower, I noticed several long foreign hairs on my body - that absolutely disgusted me. So I looked at the other towels, they had the same problem, a lot of very obvious long hairs on them. I say how they were visibly obvious because i feel like the housekeeper, owner, manager, other employees are able to visibly see the poor cleanliness of the towels, but they still give them to guests to use. That is unacceptable. Needless to say I didnt take another shower at the hotel.
