Pros:Location and ladies at front desk, very nice
Cons:We are a family of 5 with 3 children ages 13, 10 and 6. We wanted to stay in a room together so we chose a family room with 2 twin beds and bunk beds. At check in, they would not let us all stay in one room. We had to buy another room at the desk. I would understand if it were 5 adults trying to stay in one room together, but with 3 of those being children, they should have let us all stay together. One of our rooms was a little warm and the A/C was not cooling it down. We called down and requested a fan and they brought it up.
Pros:Quiet in a central location.
Cons:Everything was great and I really loved the balcony....
Pros:Great staff. Courteous and accommodating.
Cons:The room had stained carpeting and it had loose tiles and fixtures in the bathroom. The dining area for breakfast was also a bit run down. Overall the hotel needs some work.
