The room, is very nice, big and comfortable. All rooms with balcony, an great view. The location is great, right at the lake, and goes everywhere. The breakfeast is very good as well. And has a parking place. Would stay again.
The staff is not nice or helpfull, but apparently, in Italy, that is very commom. The restaurant is closed on sundays, and it is quite expensive.

The view from the room's terrace was exceptional. The room was very spacious and very clean and it was actually much nicer than we thought it would be. The breakfast was fantastic, a very good standard, a great variety and enjoying breakfast whilst over looking the lake from the 6th floor dinning room was a really great start to the day.
The staff were professional but not very friendly.

The staff was very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is ok for Italy. Rooms were very clean. For us it was perfectly situated ... however be aware town has very small (but Lecco on walking distance)
