Pros: Tea and coffee with scones on arrival on a wet afternoon, most welcome. Very comfortable bed, room lovely and warm and excellent breakfast on both mornings. Lovely owners, would definitely recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host Kaherine served the best breakfast in the coziest room. The bedroom was spotless and with it being on the ground floor with an alternate exit, it was so easy to get our bags to our room.
Cons: The site isn't particularly beautiful, along a roadway but still the rooms were quiet and our stay was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From time of check in everything ran smoothly - Catherine the lady of the house couldn't of been nicer or friendlier. I had a hospital procedure early the next morning - obviously when checking out time came I was still in hospital and Catherine allowed my daughter the use of her sitting room so she could get on with her college work. Catherine provided refreshments during this time and the previous night on arrival @ the property she also offered us refreshments. Oh and the beds were so so so very comfy! If I may also add my daughter is a vegetarian and Catherine provided her ample choice for a sumptuous breakfast.
Cons: There is nothing I would change about this property - it was totally fit for our purposes.

Pros: Friendly welcoming and comfortable
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place to stay for a comfortable and relaxing couple of nights when working in Limerick, Tipperary, Cork and surrounding areas. Catherine's warm welcome with a delightful afternoon/evening pot of tea or coffee with delicious baked goods sets the stay off to a great start. Rooms are a good size, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep. I had an ensuite with a shower and a loo. There's plenty of space to hang up shirts and put away clothes. Breakfast in the mornings is a treat with a good choice from the breakfast buffet enhanced by the delectable dishes off the breakfast menu. There's something there for everyone. My current favourite, sausages, fried eggs, rashers, and a grilled tomato. The price is unbeatable, especially taking the included afternoon tea and breakfast into account. Catherine is quick to point out places of interest in the vicinity, as well as make excellent suggestions for places to eat in the evening (provided you've space left after the afternoon tea).
