My husband and I were delighted with the total luxury of the hotel in general and also with the kindness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble.
the bathroom was amazing
a real shame non guest can come for a drink in hotel bar after 11.which doesnt really work if been out for dinner
I treated my daughter to an overnight stay for her 30th birtday, and I must say, It is hard to find a small hotel that offers style, quality and such luxurious comfort. The staff were friendly and effcient. The rooftop terrace was stunning, and I can't believe you get so much for the price.
We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were really different and unique and the bathroom in particular was fantastic! The staff were really helpful and friendly and they were very flexible with us as we had to make last minute adjustments to our booking which they did not charge us for. They were very accomodating. There was a wedding on when we were there but unlike some other reviewers we did not feel that it affected the quality of our stay or the service we received atall. We would definitely stay again.
The hotel is a romantic venue, and is well prepared for that. The hot tub is a great idea, but does need to be cleaned.
Based on the price of the hotel, breakfast should be included. It is a bit of a cheek to ask for £30 ish on top. We also felt that the bathroom soaps etc were a little lightweight.
