Pillows, bed and powerful shower, all excellent.
Quality coffee machine would have been nice or café tier would be a good alternative.
Room quality was massive improvement from several stays
Breakfast staff - lack of attention to client service
Location, friendliness, cleanliness
Lighting in the room, not bright enough
Neat and modern. The room I stayed in was spacious. The staff were courteous and very helpful. I shipped a parcel to the hotel, it got delivered after I had left (Amazon, why?), and they helped send it to my house address.
Great city centre location, fantastic breakfast and attentive staff.
Our room (1108) was back to back with the lift shaft. It wasn't really noisy, just noticeable until around 2am. Bathroom was clean however, the 1980's ceiling tiles were a let down.
