7.1 Good
Cons: There is no full length mirror in the room, rooms are not that of a 4 star hotel
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Swimming pool is really beautiful, garden around is also very nice; Bathroom was good and modern
Cons: Breakfast very poor; No lobby / sitting area next to the reception; No lift, problem if you have bad knees or luggage; Rooms needs facelift, needs full renovation;
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the whole area is absolely fantastic, great pool and garden. Most of the time we were almost alone. Great food in restaurant. The staff is the best - very attentive, helpful, nice - at the reception, at breakfast or during dinner (exceptional waiter Stefano). All in all, it was awesome experience for the money
Cons: you should ask if there is any wedding before your stay - so you will be not surprised (we experienced 3 weddings in 6 days). but it should be no problem- the noise outside ended before midnight (when the party is in gazebo, you hear nothing at all)
5.4 Okay
Pros: location and food was fantastic. The service from Mr. STEFANO at Restuarant was outstanding and very professional!
Cons: The fact that every day there is a Wedding or a Party "southern"style with loud music and parties going on for 12 hours in a row. for this reason the swimming pool was not available. nobody advised us about this at booking ...
6.3 Good
Pros: Lovely staff and nice grounds.
Cons: I was one of the only people staying in the hotel, as there wasn't a wedding on during the week. Very much a wedding only hotel. Felt like a hindrance just being there. I had lunch on the first day on my own in the large dining area, food very average. I went to grab dinner but there was a conference being held in the dining area. Breakfast was the worst I've seen. Eggs with no bread. Cereal with no milk. Flies in and around the juices.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, lunch is the same menu as dinner so not too much selection but we were staying there for a wedding elsewhere so it worked out ok. All the staff were amazing especially the reception girls. We were stranded at the wedding venue on Sunday evening as no taxis running and so I phoned the hotel to see if they could call a taxi and two of the receptionists - Luciana and Paola came to get us in their car - excellent!!!
Cons: All was good really
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The pool area
Cons: Basically a wedding venue. If you book to stay here you may be asked to leave pool and garden areas whilst the staff prepare for a wedding. Our room was small and dark. Didn’t find it pleasant to be in at all The breakfast was very poor, none of the food was covered when left on table for self serve.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great property. Full of historical significance and with well kept gardens and super pool.
Cons: Bath towels worn out and some were torn. Pool towels expensive to rent.

6.7 Good
Pros: The staff is really nice and helpful, the bedroom and bathroom is very clean and the breakfast is also good with several options including soy and rice milk (not very usual in South Italy).
Cons: The room was a bit different from the pictures, the bed was not very comfortable, the shower was very small and instead of glass doors had a curtain. I also found strange that to use the pool one had to pay 5€ per person - since our goal was to go to the beach it didn't affect us anyway.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The reception, pool and breakfast were lovely.
Cons: We didn't realise there are no taxis in Manduria to take us the 3,7 km to town for dinner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After staying near Monopoli and touring in northern Puglia for 6 nights (Monopoli, Ostuni, Alberberro, Locorotundo, Martina France, etc.), we moved on the Mazzara Farm to tour the southern area of the province. The property is located about 1.6 km east of the town of Manduria. The host couple, Stephanie and Andreas are charming and very helpful. The accommodations consist of a small self-contained apartment unit (one of three attached) including a large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area (fridge and stove/oven but no microwave). Breakfast is casual and plentiful including fresh fruit, cheeses, salamis, specialty coffees, etc. Great pool area (it's free, contrary to another review). A great private patio for each unit with comfortable seating to enjoy an evening with a bottle of wine. You need a car to stay here, but parking is on the property and right outside the unit. Although located on a main road (Via Per Lecce/ SS7ter) the facility is very private, quite and secure. Location is excellent for sightseeing. We did it all - Lecce, Otranto, Leuca, Galipoli, Taranto and Materna. Excellent beach at Punta Prosciutto is only 10 km away. Excellent restaurants in Manduria, Oria, Porto Cesario and Galipoli. Highly recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mazzara Farm felt like home during our stay! Stefania and Andrea welcomed us like family and we will never forget your help :) Grazie anchora per tutti !

Pros: The staff were lovely and really friendly from the start. They spoke perfect English which made it a lot easier than with our very basic Italian. They helped us book taxis to get to a wedding outside of the town and were very knowledgable about the area. We would definitely stay there again and we are keen to check out their rooftop restaurant next time!
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!

7.1 Good
Pros: The aparthotel is located just in front of the sea and at short distance (approx. 300 meters) from the beach. There is a convenient parking. Location was perfect for us. The rooms were fair (bedroom is quite large for a touristic location) . The bathroom clean. Kitchen is complete (but we did not use it) Airco is working ok. There is a patio to sit outside. We have eaten at the restaurant: dinner was good. I recommend the antipasti with beans and tuna (produced inhouse!) and linguine with vongole. Staff is kind and accommodating. there is a shower close to the entrance which is convenient to shake off the sand before entering the rooms. The patio of each rooms are located next to each other but separated by plants. It is gives sufficient privacy while allowing some exchange with the neighbors (in case you wish to do so!) Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Cons: The two single beds have a very thin matrass which are definitely uncomfortable and should be replaced . One of the beds almost fall apart when getting up in the morning. Reception is informed and they will act on it. The shower , although perfectly functioning, has a small cabin - which is strange as there is more than sufficient space in the bathroom. Our rooms were close to the kitchen and you can hear some noise in the evening and morning.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Terrible
Cons: Everything. Dirty, plenty of insects. No customer service at all. Unprofessional staff.
