2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The place is a dump. With roaches, terrible service and just a waste of time and money. If I had little time I would had moved to any other place. But I only had a short night before my flight in the early morning. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with big rooms. Our room was clean and comfortable with 2 queen beds. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar for those that wish to dine in. There is a small strip shopping center less than 100 meters away that has 3 restaurants, a pharmacy, a grocery and a liquor store. Very convenient. This is a great place to stay if you are catching a flight out of Auckland airport.
Cons: Nothing
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Amazing rooms, amazing staff, amazing restaurant, great breakfast, beautiful decor with quirky signage.
Cons: Bed was a bit too hard (and we usually prefer a firm mattress).
7.1 Good
Pros: Newly redesigned this hotel offers excellently decorated rooms and a well designed clean bathroom with open shower with a hand shower and rain shower heads, large luxury tub. They also have a free minibar with soft drinks and water which was very welcoming after a long trip. Free breakfast contained most basic items along with some more fancy items such as an omelet station.
Cons: Naumi hotel had all the appearance to a great hotel but for the price of 320$ for a king bed room was missing major items that should have came with the price. The biggest things missing in our opinion were high quality sheets. The sheets at this hotel were worse than major standard brands like hampton inn, Hilton, etc. they were rough and cheap. Pillows as well were polyester filled and hard. They do have down pillows but when we called to get them they only had one set for the hotel and they were taken. The last thing I will mention is the “hotel shuttle” which is another bus company which stops at multiple hotels, the tickets are $6 per person and they make you pay for these as well. My suggestion is get an uber for 18 and get there in 10 minute ride instead of messing with a long convoluted bus ride.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was perfect, staff were amazing!
Cons: Booked the Blush room and got moved to an eco room as rooms werent accessible which was sad as i picked the rooms on how awesome they looked. The accessible shower was a let down. Small and water went everywhere. Shower chair definitely not safe, moved around and wife fell trying to self transfer from her wheelchair to the shower chair. No real options for tv channels
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Joseph the evening manager was the greatest! I got stuck in a terrible room that smelled like the bottom of an old basement. He came by at night to let me know I needed to close my door to the garden because of mosquitoes. My reply was then "how do I get the stink out of my room?" He came in and said he would get me a new room in the morning, my bags would be moved for me and everything would be taken care of. He said we would call back in 15 min and let me know where my other room would be. When he called back he said they had some cancellations and could move me now. So I got an upgraded room that was very nice.
Cons: The first room was simply sickening due to the smell of mold. Joseph explained they are remodeling the 1st floor rooms.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly. Liked they provided snacks and soft drinks
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport, staff very friendly and helpful ,room was quiet.
Cons: N/A

Pros: Close to Rent car location.
Cons: Room has no opening windows, thus changing air was not possible. Room air conditioner has dust.

Pros: It was quite nice, handy location
Cons: Very expensive, had to ask for more toilet paper,as only provided with half a roll. So stocking up their bathrooms are quite poor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable modern room, good beds close to airport
Cons: The shuttle bus from the airport took 40 mins as last stop on circuit. If time is short take a taxi.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed a few times as so convenient for travel plans when we need to break the journey. Airport transfer bus makes it a very easy transfer and the Reception Staff are very welcoming
Cons: No complaints at all
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, close enough to the airport but also far enough away. The staff were fabulous. Welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was comfortable with a good selection of amenities within the room. Would benefit from a small fridge.
Cons: Breakfast could be better. No menu offered, buffet OK but the hot food not so hot. No offer of coffee options at breakfast (missed opportunity to up-sell and provide extra service).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all friendly, the hotel look new although its 8 years old, wouldve like to stay longer. The bed was super comfy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything else!! The staff were amazing, the rooms were very clean. I was impressed especially with these challenging times at present with Corona virus on our steps with the sanitizers everywhere.
Cons: The only thing I have to complain about is the beds, they are rock hard, I prefer a softer bed!!!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent location for me to walk a short distance to Sunday worship
Cons: no; I was happy with my stay at the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I was given an upgrade because the door handle fell apart when I closed the door. The new room was much nicer and cooler.
Cons: The wifi is limited and you have to pay for more that 20 gbyts.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Second meal was very good (Fish) Parking is close to room. Local shops not far, airport 10mins, CBD 30mins.
Cons: The room was not clean enough, last persons item still on floor. Carpet needs cleaning. General paint work needs cleaning or repainted. The dinning room needs more attention to cleaning e.g. fly spots on table card.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location for the airport. Free shuttle was good
Cons: No lift Choice of hot beverages in the room was poor No fruit teas or hot chocolate. Only tea and coffee
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was tidy & clean. The room had a lot of USB ports and power sockets for charging and plugging in devices.
Cons: The extra surcharge for using credit card was not advised prior to arrival, it was not advised via my booking info. We had to call reception to ask how to turn off main lights as there was no switch & it turns out method differed to anywhere we have been before. They should explain this on arrival.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good outlook to the garden Great restaurant
Cons: No
7.0 Good
Pros: Close to Airport, Rooms where clean and adequate for what we required. Few places nearby but was only there a few hours before flying out of Auckland
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfy
Cons: Was not clean and a cup had a huge dirty crack
6.0 Good
Cons: The breakfast was so so. Having to pay to get back to the airport was not cool. I would not stay their again.
5.7 Okay
Pros: I chose the hotel because of its location near to airport, and it is. I did not mind how basic the room and amenities were, as I felt I got the value for which I paid.
Cons: Room was basic, but the shower leaked on the floor, and you could see water damage in the walls around the shower as well. The sink faucet needed repair as it dripped constantly, and the door to the bathroom left bits of "fluff" on the floor as it was opened and closed. Fortunately I don't have many allergies, or I might have had some issues with the lack of maintenance of the rooms.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at this property several times..the rooms are a good size and the shuttle to and from the airport makes everything easy.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport and good food.
Cons: It’s a bit older.

The jacuzzi tub was an added bonus!

Pros: Close to the airport, free shuttle service and a lovely clean and comfortable room
6.8 Good
Pros: Convenient for airport. Easy to find.
Cons: Dated. Had to climb into the shower. Shower head had to be propped up!
5.7 Okay
Pros: The room was spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly
Cons: The reception staff need to be really re-trained. It was the most peculiar situation I have come across. The bus person is also the receptionist. So you call for the bus and the receptionist has to drop everything and run to the bus and pick you up. I arrived at 9 at night the person had no interpersonal skills whatever. Next morning same thing, the receptionist had to drop everything to run to the airport with people so that people who had questions lining up at the desk had to wait for him to return from his trip... very odd. They are out to make money without the warm friendliness of the NZ people. A bit hard to take just of the flight from Australia. Out in the sticks no place to by any food at all..

7.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable and close to airport
Cons: Needs a bit of refurbishment
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location and restaurant staff were really friendly.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Airport shuttle got us there on time with a minimum of fuss
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room 159 - walked for ages to get to room with luggage for two weeks was challenging. The room had a mould smell. The middle bed was terribly uncomfortable. Cleaning spray left in shower. Certainly need of makeover.
Cons: Not giving us the option to drive closer to our room. Would not recommend in future.

Cons: Nothing :)
6.0 Good
Pros: Reasonably close to Airport. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Good air-con.
Cons: Old and dated. Shower tray leaked and was dirty, had a shower to find it was dirty AFTER I showered, so dirty water coming through shower head. Fridge old and ran continually all night with a loud hum, which was distracting. Windows not too well insulated and road just other side of courtyard so could hear all traffic stopping at lights then revving to set off again. Breakfast fair, though cheap sausages and bacon.

6.8 Good
Pros: Convenient for airport.
