Pros: Smaller gate lounge area with lots of private space and complimentary drinks and snack. All Porter employees that I had interaction were professional and attentive to my needs

Cons: There were many delays on flights took that were not communicated to me until I had boarded.

Pros: There was nothing I did not like about this flight. The crew was great, very friendly and got me to my destination as they said they would. No complaints.

Cons: Flight was delayed, crew in general was disorganized, most usb charging ports weren’t working, touchscreen is very outdated

Cons: The flight was delayed by 3 hours making me late for the next two flights and ultimately costing me an entire day longer in transit. While I understand these things happen, Air Canada's response to me asking for help was abysmal. Ultimately, they didn't care and told me it was my problem. Sadly, one of the first people I talked to really did want to help and arranged flights that would have gotten me back on track but he was prevented from confirming the changes due to management. I will never fly with Air Canada ever again.

Cons: The flight itself was great but it was very late in starting due to technical problems with the aircraft.

Pros: The flight attendants have so much patience, it’s amazing. Because passengers are idiots.

Cons: Flight length difference even with non stop

Pros: Great crew made the trip pleasant.

Cons: Aircraft had no WiFi, broken tray table and was pretty worn.

Cons: Flight was late leaving toronto, missed connection to knoxville. Captain/crew never gave explanation. United just kept saying the captain needed more time before boarding. Got to Washington and had to wait 5minutes before the tram left for gate A. United should have known we had arrived and were on our way. I paid a premium to get home at 2:15. I could have paid a lot less to get home over 4 hours later. !$10 food voucher didn't make up for that. Also, we didn't even receive an apology!

Pros: Flight was on time

Cons: That I was not allowed to move into empty seats further forward. And that I would have had to pay more for a seat closer to the front. Airlines say they serve the public but they do so only tintype who can afford it. Shame on you.
