10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff especially were very nice people and service was the best But I’m Greek and there was no Greeks I felt a little lost but the Greek stuff made me feel perfect
Cons: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff Surf- and Sail Station (rental and school) On-premise restaurants no rip-off Enough space for breakfast and on the beach, no waiting, no one reserving seats Nix mix of German, Swiss and many other countries Arrival and departure lounge lets you gain a full day of vacation on top (depending on your flight times)
Cons: Had to ask for a nicer room in the same category upon arrival, were first given a room in the right category, but with views only against other buildings
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Superior Apartment - 1st Row (July 2019). Great location with direct sea views. Unfortunately, the rooms need an interior update and should be bigger for the price. The hotel and facilities are super leaked and very well maintained. The breakfast restaurant is very busy and the adult pool should lie down to the sea. The view from the two balconies in the room was a huge pleasure. And the beach was amazing.
Cons: The adult pool should lie down to the sea.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. Property is nice designed to have a new experiences
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is very nice. Everything in the Hotel and the infrastructure is clean, new or renewed and in great condition. The breakfast and the dinner where extremely good. The quality of the food and the possibility to taste local products was awesome.
Cons: I think the kids club is indeed big, but there could be more personal to take care about the kids. The car rental, which was not from the hotel, it was an external company only had already old and used cars.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: At the sea side is windy and good quality room
Cons: Internet connection
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I was staying alone for one night (on business) and the staff were so incredibly helpful. The internet wasn't working on my laptop and the receptionist immediately asked for their IT technician to come and sort the problems (which he did swiftly and without complaint). The room was quiet, clean and super comfortable, and the breakfast was brilliant. I'll stay there again. The sunset from the beach was one of the best I've ever seen. Worth staying there just for that!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, no fuzz for coming early, always supportive and friendly. Nice breakfast selection and directly on the beach. You can order comfortably thru an app room service or to your beach bed and see/book all activities.
Cons: Almost nothing to mention, maybe an iron board would have been nice to have and maybe the room was a bit small.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: this was the fifth time staying here. beautiful property and friendly welcoming staff throughout
Cons: Always mosquitos in room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One and only place to stay in Kos.
Cons: Nothing

Mitsis Blue Domes Resort & Spa - Kardamena - Building

9.3 Excellent (2,185 reviews)
C$ 267+
Overview Reviews
Nestled on the beach, this Kos property is 0.9 mi (1.5 km) from Kardamena Port and 2.9 mi (4.7 km) from Antimachia Castle. Mastichari Beach and Plaka Forest are also within 9 mi (15 km).
5.4 Okay
Pros: 1. Sea 2. Facilities 3. Animation team/activities for small children
Cons: 1. Noisy rooms (some next to a busy road, poor soundproofing) 2. Insects in the room drilling through the wooden decoration (removed after several escalations to the management, 6 days later) 3. Missing personal belongings (2 pairs of shoes) 4. Low quality of offered food and drinks (no fresh grilled seafood, limited local cuisine, main dishes offered with pork) 5. Overall not 5* service (no issue solving attitude, ignoring “do not disturb”, friendliness)
5.4 Okay
Pros: The beach is very nice, the water clear. Hard to believe, but: many guest book a hotel at a nice beach, but stay at/in the pool all day long. Nevertheless the layout resembles beaches in northern Italy with rows of lounges and umbrellas. Could have been different. Service at beach is very good and attentive. Staff very friendly. The quality of the food is good.
Cons: We had to book this (or: we felt we had to book this) since we were very late in booking a hotel after a long tour around other islands. We hoped to find a relaxing place for 3 days, but got trapped in a badly designed, sterile and overcrowded hotel that lacks atmosphere. The room was tidy and new - but way to small for 4 persons. Shouldn't have been offered for this type of use. A complete joke. Eating in this hotel is something you'll be getting afraid of, unless you like the atmosphere of train stations in India during rush-hour. It is unbelievably noisy, overcrowded and comfortless. If you want to escape the insanity inside around the buffet, you have to queue to be able get a table on the likewise crowded patio. More than a few guests lack table culture, don't expect much. The owner designed a hotel that allows standardized, cost-effective treatment of paying customers at a maximum rate - clean design, high throughput rate. Maybe we could have known that, but - as mentioned - got trapped. Our fault. In short: for us it was a very (!) expensive mistake (one could also say: a rip off), since we didn't book it as a package from a tour operator, for most of the other guests it seemed to be what they expect - and accept. For us: Never again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Atmosphere, Fresh Air, Clean Clear Sea Water Pools with extensive pump in & out filtration system, very good comfortable rooms & suites, Wonderful management, they give more than you expect, .. in overall it is a Unique Destination.
Cons: Some staff are little arrogant, but we can manage it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding was quality of food and the service all around the hotel. I really liked the Greek restaurant Ellinadiko near the beach. The manager Andreas is brilliant - he always makes everyone comfortable and smile and he will give you the perfect wine recommendations - if you ask him ;)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant food
Cons: Poor wi fi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great resort would go back, so many pools!
Cons: Booked for three adults and one 16 year old. I expected twin rooms. Instead the "villa" had one bedroom, twin beds with two additional beds added. Not ideal. This was not clear during the booking process. No chance of changing since the resort was fully booked.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms. Variety of food and drinks. Pools. View.
Cons: The Family bungalow misses an air-condition in the second room. The beds in the second room were too short SPA was disappointing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel. Fantastic grounds. Pools look amazing although we didn't really enjoy the salt water. Food great in day time pool restaurants. Entertainment very good. Staff very friendly. Room was amazing. Great views. Gardens well kept and full of colour. Breakfast great. Booked restaurants have lovely food very arty.
Cons: Having too book the restaurants one a day, but you can only book the one restaurant then wait till the next day to book the next. I gather this is down to the amount of people booking, and only a certain amount of bookings available. But we couldn't book all the restaurants for our stay and one restaurant we had to book for 2 in the afternoon. Not great. Ideally the hotel needs more restaurants to book. Especially due to the buffet restaurant not being great. You will did something to eat but it's not fantastic.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location of resort is right on the edge of the Kardemena area and is very quiet. The location of the villa is within 10m of the beach. We ate at all the restaurants in the resort and never had a bad meal.
Cons: Nothing to report.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Privacy, pools, service
Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel - Kardamena - Bedroom

9.2 Excellent (4,023 reviews)
C$ 153+
Overview Reviews
Nestled on the beach, this Kos property is within 9 mi (15 km) of Kardamena Port, Igroviotopos Alikis, and Plaka Forest. Antimachia Castle and Lido Waterpark are also within 9 mi (15 km).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful! The food and drinks were of high quality and with great diversity and really all inclusive at all times.
Cons: Despite clear instructions not to reserve deck chairs with towels, most were already blocked early in the morning and staff did nothing about it. The pools and children playground closed already at 6 pm.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff kindness, very clean and well maintained structure, availability of services (snacks, drinks, pizza, crepe, hot dogs, fresh fruit, almost anything to eat and drink available all day long, even on the beach side). Air conditioning in all bedrooms, frigobar service refilled every 2 days with "everything"
Cons: Too few deck chairs around the main pool area compared to the number of guests, which get all occupied since early morning hours so impossible to enjoy of that service and location. Bed sheets mix synthetics, so keep warm during the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staying in Norida hotel was amazing. Everyone is so kind- from the reception to the bar and the restraunts. 4 restraunts, variety of food, fresh and tasty. It was so fun, we'll come back!
7.9 Good
Pros: A special remark for the restaurants: very good food and very nice atmosphere. The waiters are very professional and customer oriented. As well, very good evening programs offered, for children and for adults.
Cons: The drinking water offered in the all inclusive program is really bad. They explained this is actually sea water de-salted, it may be the explanation. Overall, the facilities offered are ok but we expected a little more from a 5 stars hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything. This is the 2nd year returning to this resort and most likely not the last. The overall value for money is excellent in almost every aspect and proximity to the airport is also key benefit if not wanting to have a long transfer. We did encounter a few maintenance issues which were initially not addressed seriously. Once we contacted Luda from Guest Relations and explained the situation, issues were professionally addressed within a short while to our full satisfaction. We noticed changes made from last year, some were great improvements, some less but no doubt management are continually making efforts to improve the vacation experience and we value that!
Cons: Some of the maintenance workers are sour faced and give you a feeling your comfort is a burden for them. There are big fluctuations in quality of service and taste of beverages in the bars/cafes depending on the staff at the shift. The pools around the main lobby are very nice and well maintained, but are all salt water pools. The sweet water pool with the two water slides, needs some more attention and renovation. Possibly consider also adding another sweet water pool with slides as at times this pool gets heavily crowded with little area left for shaded seating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was clean and airy, the hotel was stunning, can’t wait to return!! All the staff are lovely
8.3 Excellent
Cons: If you want a sunbed, you'll need to be up by 0600. There is almost no chance to book for the better restaurants, so discount those from your plans
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The sea. The staff.
Cons: The room and the main building and the sea side were far from each otuet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helping, especially Vivi from the customer relations. Liked the watermelon that they bring to your seat at the pools\beach. The food at the a-la-carte restaurant was very good. Bars are everywhere, pizza on the beach. Clear water at the sea and almost no waves. We got the large room with sea view (although in the reservation it was "garden view").
Cons: On the weekend the main restaurant became very crowded and seems that waiters were overloaded - we received our drinks only after we finished the dinner on one of the weekend evenings. There is no place to go near the hotel - the closest village didn't seems to have any attractions (at least this is how it look like from the taxi window). But we stayed only 4 days so it was OK, there is water sport(extra charge).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pools are stunning and very clean . The sun beds are lovely and brilliantly placed. Rooms are clean and bright and airy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and enthusiastic in whatever position they held. The kid club also known as “the mini club” was sensational- the best we have experienced. We loved how clean it was , fresh, easy to access all fun things like water sports etc! It was just brilliant.
Cons: Our family are very much into good food - we like very nice things. While the food was lovely it wasn’t to our taste. It was hard to get A booking in the three restaurants and if you want a good sunbed you have to get down at 630am!!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel in a great location
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: setting. design, flowers, location, breakfast. as usual friendly and gentle greek people why complain ?
Cons: nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all very attentive. We did not have children with us, but we saw that there was a children's "camp" room with activities. Mira in the bar was great! The pool food was very tasty. We loved that there were daily activities to look forward to. Breakfast and dinner were included! There is a gift shop in the main building, which has drinks, sunglasses, postcards, magnets, snacks, and sunscreen.
Cons: The beds were a bit thin, however they were sufficient for us. We didnt like that the electricity turned off when you undocked the key, therefore we could not leave our electronics charging in the room. the "beach" in front of the property has way too many rocks, and also an extreme amount of seaweed. better beaches a short drive away Pool towels, unfortunately, cost 1.50 to use.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to a very large pleasant room. Excellently run. Huge choice of food at breakfast.
Cons: Smoking was allowed on balconies and outside the reception area creating a wall of smoke which drifted around.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location, great hotel, super friendly staff
Cons: The hotel beach is pretty naff but there are nice beaches a short walk from the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room with comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Handy for the Kalymnos ferry.
Cons: We were booked for half board but arrived late. We were given a very poor quality sandwich and an apple. Last time we stayed we had a tray of cold meats, cheeses and salad.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very extensive, with great views towards Kalymnos. Pool area is very nice.
Cons: Our bedroom (an several others) flooded overnight due to a thunderstorm!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Food excellent. Room comfortable.
Cons: Shower rather primitive.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room was both attractive and comfortable. For a one-night stay we do not expect such a good location within an hotel. The gardens were lovely and the whole place was beautifully laid out and maintained. The staff were superbly professional. We enjoyed swims in the large pool, very quiet both early and late. Can't speak for the middle of the day as we were then on the beach. The dinner and breakfast buffets were generous, with a vast selection of delicious food. The wine was from the barrel and was good value. This hotel only offers half-board (and I think all-inclusive). Not what we would generally choose - but we needed to stay in Mastichari for a night. Had they offered B&B only we would give it unqualified approval.
Cons: The public areas were uninspired. The bar area was dull with loud and boring international soft-rock. The outdoor tables were either used by smokers or affected by smoke. In the restaurant the same applied - not many outside tables, and smoking was not discouraged at them. The indoor lighting was harsh. It would be relatively easy to make these public spaces more inviting, The hotel did not capitalise on the Greek climate by providing welcoming outdoor spaces.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely gardens with two storey buildings dotted about which house guest rooms. Lovely pool with access to the small beach and minutes walk from lovely local tavernas and the daily ferry to Kalymnos.

Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms; very friendly and helpful staff. The beach is not packed with people unlike in the hotels nearby.
Cons: The dinner offered by the hotel is great but it's served too late in our opinion (19:45). If it were served an hour earlier, there would've been no need for us to travel to Kardamena instead. In the rooms around the bar, it's quite noisy in the evening until the bar closes.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice, Clean a family hotel. Profesjonell staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is immaculate, staff couldn’t do enough for us, excellent value for money and food was delicious. Lovely and quiet and often had the pool to ourselves.
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Great staff, chatty and helpful. Good swimming pool and beach nearby. Gym equipment not bad. A typical resort hotel if that’s what you’re after.
Cons: Buffet meals not my thing, also the traditional dancing event was a bit awkward. Odd sewer smell in our room, would have been a problem if we’d stayed more than one night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pleased with everything. People at Kalimera are very polite and helpful . They try their best to make everyone happy. I will most probably try to book at Kalimera Mare next time I visit Kardamaina-Kos.
Cons: No dislikes!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I felt very relaxed and the staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, breakfast and dinner was OK, but not excellent.
Cons: Swimming pool to cold . Sea next to the beach with big stones, absolutely not good for swimming. No entertainment. Quadruple room- bedroom for adults was good, but childs part small and without windows to hotels outside.Directly next to restaurant- it was loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff defined excellence, cleanliness, food fresh and on time, very enjoyable,
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great food, easily accessible beach two minutes walk from the hotel, good pool, clean, comfy beds.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Quick and customer oriented. I stayed 1 night and everything was perfect. The restaurant manager also offered a free dinner. This has never happened before in any of my travels!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel with marvelous view and beautiful gardens. A golf car is always around in order to transfer you everywhere you might want. Very friendly and willing staff, always with a smile. Spacious and clean room. Tasty buffets in the restaurants. Α la carte restaurant definitely worth a visit.
Cons: Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room location and view
Cons: Nothing not to like
5.8 Okay
Cons: Beach front is deceiving. Hotel does not have its own beach. It was more like a wave crushing rocks than sandy beach. If one forgets his wallet in the car, it is an excursion to go back. 15’ steep uphill walk from the room to reception. My room was overlooking other buildings rather than really sea front view. Definitely, not a 5-star luxury accommodation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great food, amazing staff 10/10. So helpful and accommodating. Loved staying here. Will stay here again.
Cons: Nothing :-)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, the gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind
7.9 Good
Pros: Free dinner box upon midnight late arrival. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Free 15 minutes massage. One night free dinner a la cart although we did not choose to have it. Nice sea view.
Cons: Terrible wifi. Breakfast only until 10 in the morning. No light in the bathroom mirror. The shower head was on the long side of the bath with shower curtain. Would be better if it was with glass and shower head on the short side. There was no freezer. The coffee was not so good from the machines at breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is amazing. I had breathtaking views from the room - sunrise every morning and the beautiful see. Everything is super clean, the rooms, the restaurants, the communal areas. I had breakfast included and the food was always fresh and tasty. There were the usual European items and then Greek things like spinach or cheese pie, Greek cakes, etc. The hotel has a fantastic gym that opens early till late. It has a Smith frame, dumbells, benches, treadmills and bikes, Cable machine, leg extension /leg curl, etc and it's included in the price. Really good!! The pools are large and clean with plenty of sunbeds around. I got a complimentary a la carte dinner and both the food and the service were excellent. And this is one of the most important things. The staff is fantastic, not 5* but 6*. Starting from reception to the cleaners, they always smile and look out what they can do for the guests. Respect to them in that heat. :D I got a lot of advice and tips where to go, what to do, how to get to places, etc. The hotel is built on the hill and the buildings are scattered all around. There is a golf car service taking people up and down on the hill - great when someone is feeling lazy. Kardamena town is within walking distance (8 mins) so it's easy to go out for a meal or drink, or just for some shopping. But there is a mini market in the hotel anyway. I had a nespresso machine in the room, and all the usual things like bathrobe, slippers, fridge, kettle, hair dryer, telly etc. :) I hired a car and could park it at the hotel for free, no issues, didn't even need to book it. If one day I return to Kos, I'll stay here again.
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff were delightful
Cons: As a 5* hotel it should have a secure internet! Property is too “hilly”

Overview Reviews
Situated near the beach, this property is 3.8 mi (6.2 km) from Kardamena Port.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is remote but close to the airport, I loved all the food options and the serenity. awesome value for money! I LOOOOVED the fact that I could jump into a pool from my room!
Cons: Transporations to Kos and Kardamaina should be provided in my opinion, as there is no public transportation nearby.. The design of the hotel is a bit outdated too..
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice resort with all-inclusive on a remote spot on Kos. Good service and OK food and drinks for the price. Only meat could be a bit better.
Cons: To much noise from entertainment team which disturbed the nice place. Close down this and people will be more relaxed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entertainment team where very good
Cons: Salt water pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large resort near to the beach, ideal for families of all ages. Our room was beautiful & lovely having a choice if swimming pools
Cons: The food was good but the buffet was often very busy
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful whenever there was something you needed. Especially Irene & Irene at reception were exceptional with hospitality at top of their list. The appartment had a great view over the sea and mountain and a big pool to use with people in the same block.
Cons: Although there was a big variety in choice, in our opinion the food and drinks were of average (sometime below average) quality in the family village. Also the matresses in the appartment were quite hard, but solved the problem slightly by putting a duvet over it. Lastly the gym facilities were limited and two out of the 4 machines didn’t work.
7.9 Good
Pros: The range of facilities was great, pizza bar on the beach was fantastic! Hotel reception staff were personable and went out of their way to be helpful.
Cons: The standard of food on offer across the resort was a bit hit and miss. It would be great if each day the activities on offer were more visible, suggest a tv display in high traffic areas like the restaurant or reception. We missed planned activities as we didn’t know they were on!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great view, very helpfull staff, good variety of food which was very delicious, they also prepared separately gluten free meals for my son, who has a diet...that was amazing, thanks again!! Rooms were cleaned daily and beds were very comfortable.
Cons: There was to crowded and noisy for me in front of the hotel bar, so we did not spent much time there. Also few cats were staying there, moving between the tables, some cat lovers even fed them from the plates and glases people ate from!!? That seems to me unacceptable. The hotel beach was also to crowded, but we were staying at the Blu Domes beach, where were more peacefull. Some kids behaved badly, running all over the restaurant, touching food, screaming...their parents just smiled and did nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely lovely people, stunning location. Sparkling clean. Fun vibe yet not in your face. Super happy free range kids roaming around relaxed well hydrated parents
Cons: Kitchen facilities in the room, but it didn't matter as the all inclusive eateries provide everything you want.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: All the free facilities. The view and the location.
Cons: Didn’t like to wear the wristband as it was itchy and irritating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Swim up pool Beach
Cons: Variety of food during the day ie. chips Small cups for drinks, you had to double order or keep going back

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice owner couple, caring and super-friendly. Very clean place, good location. Being a guest there feels like coming come, also the car rental can be recommended.
Cons: Nothing really to complain about (ok, just to mention one thing that might could be improved: the pillows, could be a little bit softer) :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We will definitely be returning. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We didn't land until 1am, but they had left a note to say where our room was. In the morning we had an amazing breakfast. We only stayed 1 night as we had to catch the ferry to Kalymnos the next morning. Walk to port only 10 minutes. Great location. Thank you for a great stay!
Cons: Stay not long enough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best place for living the real greece! Sokratis and his family are very very very friendly and they made it possible, that we had a nice and unforgettable holiday! Many thanks for all! The Appartement was very very very nice! Mastichari's got a beautiful long and wide sandy beach with dunes. The village is comfortable and quiet.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Sokratis. Nothing is too much trouble
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Host Sokratis was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Location was great being close to the beach, town and the ferry terminal. Sokratis dropped us to the ferry terminal and when we left our hats at the reception he was kind enough to drop them to us.
Cons: The listing includes a washing machine and dryer, but the apartment we stayed in didn't have these items.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, lovely little place. The studio had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast! The place is close to everything but away from the more busier streets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and owner could not do enough for you. A pleasure to stay there will stay again in future.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast excellent - location very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for us, a little out of the town centre. Complementary drinks on arrival with a lovely little snack, we're a real surprise. Sokratis helped us with our luggage, which was quite heavy to get up steps. The two room apartment was incredibly well appointed with everything you could need, iron, hairdryer, disclothes, washing up liquid, tissues, mozzy machines, bath and hair products, everything you could think of. They even gave me some tea bags to make tea with and ordered in food for us, so we didn't have to go out. Behind the studios, there was a Greek night later so we could enjoy live music and dancing from our room. Fabulous place to stay and obviously they are very family orientated. We will definitely be going back again.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was superb

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is good. It is located in 10 minutes from the sea on foot and 20 minutes from the Kos airport on the taxi. Always nice and smiley staff. Food was at a good level (speaking about breakfasts). The hotel has quite big free parking and all rooms are accomplished with free wi-fi (internet is slow but enough to make some video calls or play video). There is a safe in each room but to use it you need to pay 10 euro. (safe is locking on a key)
Cons: There were no "don't disturb sign" for the door as result room service always wanted to clean my room even if there was no such need or I was in a room.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly; the common areas (bar, lounge, gardens) were nice looking and modern; the swimming pool was very nice and well maintained too.
Cons: The room was small for a family room, not well cleaned, and the bathroom was just disgusting. The balcony was unusable because of having no cover at all under the blazing heat and also had zero privacy. Between the terrible mattress and the heat, we didn’t sleep properly a single night. The mattress was like sleeping in a sponge and the air conditioner so inefficient that it would have to be left on non-stop to get the room to a somewhat bearable temperature (the room roof was directly exposed to the sun and the air conditioner very old and not working properly). Luckily we would go to the beach during the day and somewhat compensate by sleeping on a lounge chair over there. But the worst was definitely the bathroom: tiny, old, stinky and very dirty. We had “fresh” towels put with disgusting yellow stains all over them. The shower was tiny and we could barely move, especially when trying to avoid the disgusting shower curtain from touching the body. We were literally counting the nights left to get out of there and cannot understand the positive reviews: either people are coming there used to camping (nothing wrong with that, but I expect better from a 3* hotel; even from a 2*); or else we got the worst room available in the hotel...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very modern and clean, hotel facilities were nice with nice sized swimming pools. Lovely location short walk to the supermarket, beach and restaurants. We hired a motorcycle and felt Mamari was a great area to travel either side of the island. Food was great and the bar selection was fab with Andreas's amazing cocktails, service and humbleness he also gave us great tips while on the island of where to go! All staff were friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend and would go back :-)
Cons: The owner could have cracked a smile to guests!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location and the premises - a nice garden with a pool. The staff were really helpful.
Cons: The AC might do with a little upgrade. And the small stuff like shampoo and a kettle would be a plus. The taxi transfer to the airport was ridiculously expensive for such a short ride - the hotel might organise a service.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and friendly staff
Cons: No wifi in the room :Z
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel in a beautiful, peaceful location. Very friendly staff. Extremely clean throughout. A very good and varied breakfast. A lovely swimming pool set in a picturesque, well kept garden.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff is great, they go one step further for their guests. They're all lovely and always positive, even though they work in the hotel day and night! The room, hotel and pool are squeaky clean so good effort there! Food is good, but might not be for every stomach (see below in the "cons"). The location is good, opposite the biggest supermarket in Marmari and 10 min stroll to the Marmari beach. Bus stop to Kos town is just opposite the hotel! :)
Cons: I'd question the way kitchen prepares food. I've been suffering with digestive issues during my stay (ate in the hotel every day at least one meal) and once found a feather (!) in my vegetable tortilla.... The food was really good, so maybe it's just the type of oil or the way they handle food and the feather could be a one off accident.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was absolutely value for money And will definitely stay again
Cons: Na
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had been recently refurbished and is beautifully modern and incredibly clean. During our stay every member of staff has been kind and helpful, and nothing was ever too much to ask. Bedrooms were spacious and modern and were cleaned each day. The pool was perfect for us and our four children. It was usually very quiet and always plenty of sun beds. I cannot rate this hotel and its staff highly enough. We are already planning on coming back next year.
Cons: I can’t find a single fault with this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is modern with excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The hotel was 5min walk to he beach, had its own pool and close to super markets, restaurants and bars. Personnel working there was super nice..
Cons: Nothing really

7.1 Good
Pros: Some staff were awesome with just a few that didn't quite have the same personality. The setting and facilities were amazing. Elvis, Anastasia, Dimitri's, Seve were brilliant
Cons: Location is ok but a long way from other places. Mosquitos are a big problem there and never had this in Greece before. Food was good but more variation over the course of the week would be good. Most of the entertainment is for the majority of visitors i.e. German and Italian families.
7.5 Good
Pros: One night stay in way to Kalymnos, clean and tidy with free breakfast, no complaints. I arrived late and they gave me a free sandwich and banana!
5.8 Okay
Pros: nothing
Cons: problem all the time with wi go food not so great long walk to the beach
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The pool is beautiful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are excellent, everything super clean and modern.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff attitude and helpfulness Location of the resort in the centre of the island No drunkenness despite being an all-inclusive resort, very quiet after 23:00h.
Cons: Distance to the beach Poor access from the pools to the restaurant Complicated operation of the television, too much focused on German channels No instructions as to how to use the safe
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous, stylish hotel with amazing staff who are very friendly and put every effort into making your holiday special. Massive thank you to all the bar staff who made us feel welcome Dimitris, Anastasia, Elvis and Ilias to name but a few. The meal times were great, so much choice and high quality food. The pools were spotlessly clean and always plenty of sun beds, so no need to rush to get your towels down before breakfast. The Greek night was a lot of fun. Location could have been better but local buses run regular and are so cheap and easy to use. We went to Kos Town which was steeped in history and is a great place to visit. We also went on the 3 Island bot cruise which we would recommend. The Spa at the Hotel was nice with a free massage of your choice, and staff were friendly. Would definitely return to this hotel!
Cons: Although a massive choice of drinks to choose from, as expected with hotels abroad, the all inclusive drinks could be better qualify, by using premium brands. These were available but you had to pay extra.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotels i ever been at, so clean, the team are amazing always help and smile.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice, modern, new establishment and the staff were good. Food was ok
Cons: Gaia is advertised as “fully inclusive with a beach” but that’s misleading because although there is a beach quarter of a mile away, you need to pay 5Eur pp for deck chair & umbrella. The “free” drinks consist of really cheap wine and watered down beer. For real drinks you have to pay, not cheap either

The accommodation is very clean and everyday they are cleaning the room. And during our stay they also changed 1x time the bedsheets and towels. The kitchen is complete with some furniture to cook. The shower is always warm and that's a bonus! The location is perfect and quite in the center of Kardámaina. The restaurants/shops are just 1 minute walk and the beach about 5 minutes walk. We forgot an item during our stay and Mina send the item without any difficulties to our home.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: staff are amazing, nothing was to much trouble for them. Hotel was wonderfull , food very nice, really clean facilities. We will deffinatly be going again. So much to do at the hotel and on the beach.
Cons: general public slamming doors. Everything else was perfect.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent, very friendly
Cons: salt water pools
9.2 Excellent
Pros: lovely beaches, nice facilities
Cons: food taste/choice limited as it was not international
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Do not book this hotel! When we arrived we were shown our room which was infested with bugs, millions of bugs covering the walls, floors and entire bathroom. Additionally the room was dated and bed linen stained. When we asked for a new room, the receptionist laughed at us and offered us a stay in the lobby as "there was nothing they could do". We did not receive a refund or given any option to rectify the situation and were forced to book a new hotel and forfeit our 550 euros to this scam of a hotel. In no way can I recommend this accommodation, even had the room been clean of bug infestation the facility was still grimy and the staff rude and unhelpful. Hands down the worst experience.
7.9 Good
Pros: The view is amazing. Felt like I was in a movie or a dream I did not wnat to wake up from.
Cons: Some of the reception staff were annoyed when I had a complaint about my room and I could feel the attitude my whole stay. That made me feel uncomfortable and not very welcome.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The view and the sea.
Cons: The manager refused to accept that we had bed bugs in our room. We were bitten all round our elbows multiple times. Even when we could see them stripping the room of all soft furnishings. They were all over the bed and infected our suitcases. They promised to wash everything and returned everything looking like rags even a new dress I hadn’t wore. They did move us to another room which took over two hours and ruined our day Also they insisted, which I refused to, to get the free laundry , what a joke , I had to sigh. A disclaimer. When we left the manager refused to give us his name and called me a liar. I’ve never been so insulted.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing! Bad hotel! To forget.
Cons: I really don’t know who assigned 5 stars to this hotel, but for sure who did it, had drunk at that moment or had no idea of what a 5 stars hotel is! Definitely! At best the hotel is a poor 4 stars for massive low budget tourist groups! The structure is old in different settings because is badly maintained and moreover not well cleaned. Just give a look to the pictures: the indoor pool windows (that are facing the lobby), the broken light bulbs everywhere even in the lobby, the dirty sofa in the room, the broken room entrance door, etc. The shower is from 70s with a plastic broken tube for the curtain. The courtesy set soap box was already opened meaning reutilized from previous client who didn’t use it. Some rooms have a sort of ladder to reach the pool: a nice dangerous way to be killed. It’s a all inclusive hotel for very budget clients and of course the quality of the drinks is so cheap with fake liquors. Just see the liquor labels . Last but not least: the beach is simply impracticable! The sun umbrellas are too less for the number of rooms and are near to each other.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Liked the view and food
Cons: Sone of the staff, espacially who checked us in was very rude. Room was pathetic. The baby cot was broken. Airconditioner was not working. We had to sleep in heat the entire night. The receptionist was most unhelpful as he could be. We complained 4 times during the night we checked in. Neither did he change the room nor did he provide a fan. After 9 hours of journey, this was the least we expected out of a so called 5 star hotel. The bathroom was pathetic too. Shower was not working. There was some sort of leakage and floor used to get wet. Overall dont understand who gave 5 star rating to the hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The infinity pools were beautiful and the sea views amazing
Cons: It was very difficult to get a sunbed by the infinity pools - which is a shame as I would like to have spent some time there
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great views, and superb value for money
Cons: The food selection was very limited in the buffet and quite repetitive
