Pros: Everything was very clean, very friendly staff, very nice room!
Cons: Sliding bathroom door with no way to lock it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The concierges at the front were always polite and helpful, the cleaning and breakfast ladies were also always polite and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a very pet friendly hotel, that we will definitely use in the future traveling with or without our pet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Your acting desk manager the evening we arrived and the morning we left was extremely friend and professional and multitasked in such a way that took care of a number of matters going on at the same time.
Cons: We wished that there was a hot breakfast offered like some of the other hotel thought the muffins and toast were good as well as the coffee
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is outstanding - in a residential area with lots of shopping and dining nearby. Great parking options and well lighted parking area. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable - including the pull out bed and it's dog friendly!
Cons: Everything was to our liking at the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean fresh and cozy
Cons: I liked all of it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the contemporary vibe of the room, lobby and breakfast area! Friendly staff. Nice room with lots of space to spread out in. Shower was nice and roomy with great water pressure. Great Neutrogena products. Breakfast was tasty and offered a great variety; and we love the long high-top breakfast table!
Cons: When we inquired about adding our stay to our HiltonHonors account at check-in, the girl at the front desk "didn't know" if they accepted that program(?!?). The shower faucet handle and soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower seemed cheaply made or simply not installed properly - the handle nearly came out of the wall when I pulled on it (trying to determine whether to pull out or rotate it to turn on the water; and the dispenser faces DID both come off when we pressed them to get the product out). Room 208 if management is taking notes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful stay! Excellent staff. Convenient location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean large rooms. Beds were really comfortable. Cool design and layout. Great location and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Oatmeal was awesome! Bed was so comfortable, we slept like logs.
Cons: The tile on the floor & in the bedroom looked very nice but it sure was cold to step on when one gets up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. That was the only thing that was not so good.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The size of our room was great but my son was not given the room we ask and it was smaller.
Cons: Our son came in Sat for a wedding. Both times we ask we were assured that he could have a early check in and be close to us. He was given a lesser room and did not get in till about 3:15 which made getting to the wedding VERY stressful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The amenities were excellent. The exercise facilities were nice and the complimentary laundry was very convenient.
Cons: There were not enough cooktops available so I couldn't cook, and there was a fire alarm at 3 am one morning and we couldn't get back in the room for an hour and a half. But we received half off the room for that night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and not over priced
Cons: N/A

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Some better security on the Internet access. A hand held shower head would have been nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were very happy with our stay. Ms. Tammy at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I called to see if we could check in early, only 2 of our 3 rooms were ready for early check in and 1 of them was on another floor. When we arrived, about 30 minutes after I called, Ms. Tammy had already had all of our rooms cleaned and on the 3 floor together. Now that is satisfactory to me. Thank you Ms Tammy, she checked us all in with such enthusiasm. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved having a kuerig, fridge and microwave in our rooms. Spacious bathroom and lots of mirrors. Loved how they hid the closet behind a mirror. They breakfast was wonderful, we did get down late our first morning and the items were low, but we asked for more and was served at our table with the item. We will definitely come and stay again. The price and accommodations we're wonderful. We have family who live in the area and we will definitely recommend this hotel doe any of their guest.
Cons: My only negative comment would have to be that there is only one elevator. In the morning it took awhile for the elevator to come not only because of the guest trying to get down for breakfast but the cleaning crews we're also in and out of them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at this property before and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. The staff is outgoing and friendly. Everyone, and I mean everyone that works there greets you! It's convenient to the interstate, close to Burns park and everything in Maumelle. The housekeeping staff is tops, front desk is a pleasure to work with and the morning breakfast lady was checking with everyone to make sure their needs were met. People who take pride in their property and what they do are a pleasure to be around. We will be back.
Cons: I forgot and was a little disappointed there was only a shower in the bathroom (but that's no deal breaker) and I didn't like the fact I couldn't stay longer!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff was very accommodating.
Cons: Bathroom smelled of mildew. A daily variety of different breakfast foods would have been nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really big gym space was awesome! There was plenty of space to do exercises in addition to just using equipment. Loved!! Also appreciated the security of having to use a key to enter any doors other than the front door.
Cons: I wished for a microfridge that had the little freezer. My travel freezer cubes for my cooler had to be refrozen in an ice bucket which didn't really work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very kind staff. Lobby has big fireplace, couches and TV on the wall. Breakfast was good.
Cons: I was pleased with my entire stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was lovely, spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. Joceline Jones did a superb job of checking us in efficiently and giving us information on getting around. She later called me by name. Decent fitness center and outdoor pool.
Cons: Overhead manager raising her voice and speaking very harshly to one of the housekeepers. I believe there are more professional ways to approach staff issues. At least afford the person the courtesy of closing the office door. Later, as we were leaving, we witnessed an employee who had been fired being physically ejected from the building. The female who was fired was screaming and cursing and broke loose from the male employee who was trying to get her out of the hotel. This was unpleasant to witness and a bit scary because we had no idea what was going on. I do not know if the two events I just mentioned were connected, but one would presume they were.

Cons: My fiancée unfortunately woke up Sunday morning with rashes all over her ankles and they are still spreading up her legs. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: The interior design of the room and comfort of the room was extremely enjoyable
Cons: Was sad about the attention to detail with room cleaning. Don’t get me wrong, the overall room cleanliness was good. But there was a sock left on the floor next to the chest of drawers and desk leg. Then in the bathroom behind the table under the sink that had additional towels and the hairdryer there was a facecloth on the floor behind the table
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was right off the interstate. It's within walking distance or short drive to several restaurants and the mall. The hotel all had a Bistro in case you didn't want to leave to get something to eat. I didn't see the dinner menu, but my boyfriend did, and he didn't like the options, so we ate elsewhere. But it's still an option for those who don't want to leave the hotel. The room was nice and clean and met my expectations.
Cons: Everything was fine except the housekeeper knocked on our door at 10am for check out. She didn't appear to speak English. When i told her i was checking out at 11am, she looked at me confused as if she didn't understand or like i was wrong. So I asked what time was check out and she still just looked confused. So i just said I'll check out at 11am and closed my door. But she had also knocked on the visitor door across the hall from me, and the housekeeper was not able to communicate any words to her either. But check out wasn't til 12 noon. But we went ahead and got up and left because our sleep had been interrupted at that point and we were wondering if they had changed the check out time and would possibly charge an extra fee for late check out. So we got dressed and checked out. I also didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast. You have to order breakfast off the menu in the Bistro. But i knew this ahead of time viewing the website.
7.0 Good
Pros: Full length mirror.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: At midnight we had a fire drill. After the fire department came, and left as we stood outside we were not sure if it was cleared to come in. Hotel Staff did not inform us what happened or it was safe to return.

Pros: Staff and location
Cons: no
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The mattress
Cons: It didn't have a free breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The lobby was pretty and the shower was nice
Cons: Way overpriced ($179 for a King bed and couch) for what you get. The room was tiny. My daughter could barely get in on her side of the bed. Very odd layout. The room also smelled musty and damp. The bed was literally the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cleanness and staff
Cons: The last to stays we have had mistake on our bill. The first time it took a couple weeks to fix it. This time I checked it before we left and we had charges on my account that we didn't do. Asked them to fix it before I left and they did but was charged 1 penny for something on my bank account? We love to stay her every year for the regional trap shoot. Stayed here at least 7 times. Never had problems till the last 2.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and inviting. Best pillows ever.
Cons: They need bigger trash cans.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service, spacious, comfortable room.
Cons: We found empty candy wrappers in the bed side table drawer.

Pros: I did not have the breakfast there. The staff was off the chart helpful. The little thoughtful things that were done were very thoughtful. The darkness was great in the morning with the dark curtains.
Cons: I would not change anything. I do not have anything to change.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is always so nice!

Pros: Staff was outstanding!
Cons: Found a pair of men’s used underwear where our mattress met the wall. Outside of refrigerator was covered in little grape jelly hand prints. Wallpaper was peeling off in large pieces by bathroom sconce. Green soap dripping down outside of tub. Felt uncomfortably unclean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Only complaint was that they wanted us to pay a large fee for having a dog when we checked out. Which should have been discussed when we checked in or booked the room. Had to discuss it with the Manager as the person working the desk was not very friendly. Manager waived the fee

Pros: The lady downstairs when we ate made the trip. She was so friendly, talked to everyone, full of energy. We loved her.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice overall, beautiful outside area with pool, ball court, and fire pits
Cons: Annoying that you need a key to use elevator
4.2 Okay
Pros: Fire pit bbq area dining area close access to river front
Cons: Our towels in our bathroom were dirty. Not enough pillows for 4 people not enough blankets . chipped glasses not enough dish washer tablets for a 3 day stay. The pool had sludgy bubbly gross stuff at the left ladder deep end it was dirty. Food bar Thursday broke down at 630 sharp! To high price for what you get. And not high standard's outdoor area needs umbrellas get blankets real blankets! Had to call front desk 3 times to get a blanket and 2 times for pillows asked for early check in but never got it
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Location was fine for what we needed which was a downtown stay. It is close to the interstate so you can get out to the surrounding areas. The staff was fantastic - so much so that i wrote up 2 people on the hotel's "catch me at my best" cards.
Cons: I always stay at places that have free breakfast and honestly, I was not very happy with the food choices, presentation, and the fact that they were 'out of stuff' and 'expecting a delivery' for several days. The eggs had lots of chives in them (hard to get a kid to eat) and were the only egg option for all but one day. They ran out of granola, that my daughter would put on the plain yogurt. One of the waffle irons was broke. Also, they only had juice to drink - no milk? The breakfast area was very busy because of a large group staying there. Overall it was just adequate. Not enough paid parking in the garage at $9 a day.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The outside area was great.
Cons: The breakfast buffet did not have as much variety as others we have stayed at. We don't enjoy drinking our coffee in paper cups.
7.5 Good
Pros: The front desk staff and location were excellent. The food service staff was challenged way beyond what they could handle. They found it difficult to keep fresh coffee and water available. At breakfast they ran out of many items on a consistent basis. The food that they did have available was good to very good. Again, the food service staff did not seem to know what customer service is/was. LOCATION was wonderful.
Cons: See the comments above about food service staff. The hotel was dated. Had a real feeling of being an old property but in a great location. All the "security" pretenses were a real joke. I could access all floors of the hotel without using the "key in the elevator". So very easy to get around their security.

The front desk clerk seen me in a hurry the morning we were leaving and brought us bottled water to take and helped us get things to the car. We go to LR several times a year and this will be where we stay from now one! It was only a 15 min drive to Burns park from hotel.
Cons: House cleaning could have been a little better, but she was super friendly. When staying I don’t want to have to put my own sheets on the bed. She did, but asked if I wanted too. I should never have been asked to put my own sheets on. Also hair in tub that wasn’t ours when we arrived. But the room was clean, new carpet, I felt very comfortable.
