Pros: Friendly staff clean breakfast area, work out equipment was in good shape.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fine no issues
Cons: When I booked the room online , It stated a full double Bed, which turned out to be a fold out Couch which I was NOT expected, and when folded out it contacted the King bed so you couldn't walk around it. The room was on the small side for how it was configured. The info online need s to be more clear as to what kind of beds are in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was exceptional. Kathryn was always ready to help with a smile.
Cons: Wish breakfast went a little later. Always seemed to just miss it.

Pros: The hotel was modern and chic. Walking in the hotel smelled wonderful! Our room was lovely and the bathroom very spacious. The bed was super-comfortable. The staff was personable and friendly. Nice workout facility.
Cons: It was HARD to find while driving in. MUCH better signage is needed. It was difficult to find the right entrance outside where to check in! And, the walk from the parking lot...just to get IN the the hotel...is looong. The room and bathroom was lovely, but the shower pressure could have been much better. We would have also appreciated a fridge in the room.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to our event
1.0 Poor
Pros: Staff was very friendly and the place was clean.
Cons: They fraudulently charged my credit card after my stay. Then I was unable to get ahold of anyone at this location after multiple attempts and even after the corporate representative attempted to reach out to them. My bank is investigating them for fraud.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location. Clean and fresh. Newer linens. Great (healthy) breakfast.
Cons: Lack of staff interest in our questions at front desk for check in. There was NO ONE at or near the desk when we left the hotel -- even after waiting 10 minutes at the desk
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were friendly and helpful good variety for breakfast
Cons: The omelets had a peculiar tasting salsa in the middle
8.3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was awesome
Cons: Carpet in room was dirty and bed was super hard

Pros: We liked everything, can we sign up for your rewards program
Cons: it was really perfect
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff on duty always very friendly and eager to help
Cons: We arrived at 3 am and had talked to several regarding a break on price for the first night. We stayed 3 nights and manager said there was nothing he could do. He said later he would try but nothing was done. I will in the future not book for a late arrival we will take our chances for a ready room when we arrive. We enjoyed our stay but management was not like his staff
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean, too. The premises and the area around the hotel was well kept. Even though there was no visible security, we just felt safe during our visit.
Cons: The rate has risen approximately 62% since my last visit. As recall I paid around $--- before here and this time I paid About $--- The front desk wanted to charge me an additional $20 for"incidentals" on check in without explanation. I refused.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After a 10-hour flight , sleep deprivation , and sleeping for 3 weeks on uncomfortable beds, we really appreciated the outstanding customer service and friendly professional staff particularly the receptionists for check-in and check-out. Extremely comfortable beds, clean rooms and overall facility, free snacks including chocolate ice cream! Complimentary breakfast was really good, including the scrambled eggs which are usually awful at other hotels.
Cons: Nothing at all.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was white and clean looking. I also liked the bedspread and it smelled clean!
Cons: You can’t see the entrance well enough from the exit. No sign!! I had to loop around twice to find you. It’s awkward having to go through other businesses parking lots to get to your facility. At the VERY least, put a small sign and arrow telling people where to enter for hotel customers. It was dark and I’d never been there before and I’m sure it’s happened to others before me.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I was delighted and surprised at the amount and variety of breakfast items available. I thought the smoothies were delicious.
Cons: The only thing that put me off a little was when I left my room to leave for the day with my son, I overheard the housekeeping staff in the hallway gossiping with one another about another hotel guest.. I mean, I feel they're allowed to do this, but definitely not within earshot of other guests! It was just a little unprofessional. Otherwise my stay was great!

5.0 Okay
Pros: It was a place to stay. Beyond that, not much.
Cons: At check-in, the lady who helped me, got my portfolio from the other clerk working the desk. I was originally placed on 4th floor, she changed me to the 3rd, with no explanation. My booking agent advertised the room had a “kitchenette” and “breakfast included”, had an “indoor pool” and “jacuzzi”. I asked if the room had a kitchenette. She said no. I was informed that if I wanted breakfast it would be an extra $12, for two. My guess, that would be double for the two days I was there. Good thing I usually don’t eat breakfast. I asked about the pool and jacuzzi. She said yes the pool was open, but she’d have to check on the jacuzzi. She didn’t check. I checked myself. Pool was ice cold, jacuzzi was half full and cold. They need to change their pics online. They are deceiving. Went to my room. The hall smelled and carpet was dirty. Upon entering the room, the pillows were out of place and looked like someone had been laying on them. After talking with the front desk. The clerk came to my room. He assured me no one had been there and housekeeping probably got in a hurry. He should have upgraded the room since I am a Rewards Club member. The only thing I can say nice about the hotel was the bar and female bartender. She was great. The front desk never greeted me when I came in or left the building. Something I’ve never experienced when staying at a Holiday Inn. I choose Holiday Inn for their, service, hospitality, great amenities and great rooms. This hotel delivered none of these. For that reason I will not recommend it, nor will I stay again. Extremely disappointing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was off the highway, it was quiet, clean, and was almost perfect.
Cons: The pool was cold. The hot tub was cold. Not unbearable but with small kids and just trying to relax it's not ideal.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice decor
Cons: Nothing
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The only thing like what was the location
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff was super helpful. Indoor pool was cool. The concession part in the lobby had a very nice selection.
Cons: Visited family for the holidays, got in super late the first night and was ready to sleep in the next morning. Woke up at 8am to the maintenance guy pounding on our door. I swung the door wide open because I had just woke up and he said “are you okay in there?! The smoke alarms going off” to which I replied “yes”. I had just woke up, and I suddenly realized he was a huge dude and I’m a small 19 year old girl who’s never came out of town without either of my parents before, so I started shutting the door out of discomfort. To which he decided to come CLOSER TO MY CRACK OF SPACE BETWEEN THE DOOR and scream “YOURE NOT SMOKING IN THERE ARE YOU” and I screamed back “I JUST WOKE UP?!” And then slammed the door shut. So yeah that was a little awkward. Somebody should definitely let them know it is not okay to try to walk into woman’s hotel rooms. Also definitely not a staff problem, but everytime we would walk out of our room a lady a few rooms down would aggressively open her door and then just watch us walk all the way to the Elevator. Definitely probably a little tweaked out.
