Cons: Plane late due to electrical failure. Manchester airport, stuck on bus because driver couldn't open the door.

Pros: Everything about this booking was a disaster. Not the least of which is that my bags are still on London and are total travel time will end up being about 24 hours returning.

Pros: Best flight in a long time - comfortable seats, good food and service, good entertainment.

Pros: The crew was very attentive. They constantly made sure we were hydrated and comfortable.

Cons: Carry-on rules with FlyUIA are ridiculous. I had to pay 150 EUR as my carry-on was 2 cm wider than their standards

Cons: A normal airline that knows hoe to operation the 21st century. STAY AWAY!!!! You get what you pay for!

Cons: The crew was all depressed angry people. The seats are old, dirty and uncomfortable. It was the worst flight I have ever had.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 3 hours making me late for the next two flights and ultimately costing me an entire day longer in transit. While I understand these things happen, Air Canada's response to me asking for help was abysmal. Ultimately, they didn't care and told me it was my problem. Sadly, one of the first people I talked to really did want to help and arranged flights that would have gotten me back on track but he was prevented from confirming the changes due to management. I will never fly with Air Canada ever again.

Cons: For Air Canada to go bankrupt.

Pros: Crew member was grumpy, not friendly and did not give eye contact

Cons: Friendlier service and more organized to get on plane. All zones weren’t called and then announcement came on saying last call. Also not enough room for bags. Crew member was on phone when we arrived to plane. No explanation on why but made me feel uncomfortable about our safety.

Pros: Lovely staff, new plane, great entertainment options
