Room is not spacious. Overall the hotel space is very limited. Pool is small. Staff is not prompt in service. Location not good.

Comfotable room and lively hotel. We enjoyed the swimmingpool and breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly.
We made a reservation for 3 persons but once at the hotel we had to pay extra for the 3th person.

Have all the basic needs of a hotel, location is good.
The bedsheets were not clean, there were blood stains! The room door wasn’t able to lock and we requested them to fix for at least 4 times since day 1. Their resolution is only sending engineers trying to close and open the door for a few times, they even took out the whole thing to fix. Could have change us to another room earlier (they said they didn’t have extra rooms...). The housekeeping is slow and they took forever to pick up our call, we requested for extra towels but it never came.
