Pros: Clean, quite, well appointed rooms, the best hotel mattresses we have slept on ever. Just a really nice place that gives great bang for the buck.
Cons: Breakfast would have been nice - but the trade off is a lower rate no doubt so no real complaints.

Pros: Good value for the money. Hotel room was clean and came with refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. There aren't many hotels to stay at in Mena and this one was fine.
Cons: Pool was green and closed. The wifi was spotty. It Didn't work all the time and I didn't see anything out for breakfast when we left, but that was ok with us.

Pros: Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy, and the refrigerator had a separate freezer compartment so our ice pack could be refrozen.
Cons: Had a little problem with WiFi and reported it to the office. They realized all the WiFi was down. It was fixed in short order.

Located a 5 minutes' drive from Queen Wilhelmina State Park, this motel features free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception. A cable TV is provided in each room at Executive Inn at Mena. Complete with a microwave, there are also a refrigerator and a coffee machine. Free parking with direct room access is offered to guests at Executive Inn at Mena. North Side Shopping Center and Rich Mountain Community College are both less than 1 kilometer from the motel.

Pros: It was the only one available.
Cons: The person checking me in was rude. The a/c did not cool our room. The beds and pillows felt like they were 50 years old. Room smelled like smoke.

Cons: The location is close to restaurants and a shopping area.

Pros: Nothing. It was cheap and the only room available on New Year's Eve.
Cons: The room was shut up and hadn't been used in probably months. There were no other customers staying there. The outdoor street sign was not lit up. The clerk was disgustingly rude. He belched and farted in our faces then overcharged me by $8.

Pros: Nothing, there was nothing to like about this hotel. Our room was clean and it was in a good location, which is the only good thing I can think to say.

Cons: At the front desk-tobaco in his mouth and his accent you couldn't understand him. The door on the room had been kicked in and didn't work right. No internet. He said open the curtains to fix. We didn't stay we got a refund and went next door. Same $. BAD!

Cons: Front desk attendant was off-putting; he clearly did not want anyone staying there and interrupting him.

Cons: There was a 2 x 4 sticking out from under the mattress that didn't feel great on my shin!

Pros: The refrigerator worked.
Cons: It was the worst place i have ever stayed. The bed was being held up by a board. The sheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes in a non smoking room. The filth was beyond words. The floors the lamp shades were broke. The base boards have never been cleaned the toilet base has pee and nasty all around it. Then the bath. Lets not forget that. The shower curtain was so full of black mold. Non of us could take a shower while we were there. This place should be closed down and fined for operating.

Cons: The stained sheets and stained towels and unfriendly staff and just everything

Pros: The location was very good. Easy to get I and out of the parking lot.
Cons: The shower was nasty with mildew growing on the caulking. There was also something red splattered on the wall around the sink.

Pros: I had a bed and a shower.they did make sure i had an ice bucket.
Cons: They ac froze up thru the both nights i was there. The room was a double room but the door into the other room was blocked off. I did further investigate the next room. It was used for storage furniture and other things was throwed into it.

Cons: The man at the front desk was very rude and the room was dirty. There was pewk on the wall and hair everywhere. (Not animal hair)
