Pros (+) I would return to this hotel. It's location was perfect for walking tours of the center of Merida. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. English was spoken with ease. The beds are more queen than king but very comfortable.
Cons (-) As travelers, you should always carry ear plugs. The suites are on the street side which is a busy street. I did not put in my ear plugs but you may need to if street noise keeps you awake. BTW, the worst street noise I experienced was in Paris.
