8.0 Excellent
Pros: BBQ facility near room
Cons: I wasn’t able to stay two nights
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean facilities, friendly and professional staff, quiet area, outdoor eating arrangement, convenient and easily accessible location.
Cons: The water in the shower cabin was difficult to set, so it was constantly either cold or hot. Also, there should be a shower cabin door installed to prevent water going under the trash can and towards the sink cabinet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are friendly and hospitable. Although we arrived two hours earlier than planned we were allowed to have the room.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Close to access the West Victorian Hight Country. As for long established accommodation the rooms are getting a bit tired. The room was spacious with a great size bathroom. We had meals on both nights of our stay from the restaurant, and the food was promptly delivered after ordering. The food was very tasty and good portion size. The pizza on the second night was very nice.
Cons: The accommodation is more suited to the winter season with a large heater in our room. This summer was unusually very hot and the supplied fan just did not give adequate cooling. The staff knew this would be a problem and mentioned that in the future some rooms would have air-con. Due to the age of the building there are things that need repair. Toilet bowl had a crack in it, the shower screen had numerous cracks in it and the seal needs to be replaced. All this would be at a cost and may not be justified at this point. Even with the friendly staff and great meals I would not choose to stay here again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Magnificent, This hotel has far more home decor than I can imagine. Fairly friendly staff and 5-star thoughtful service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely comfortable and very luxurious room, attention to detail and spotlessly clean. The serenity of the environment coupled with the absolute privacy makes for a delightful and restful venue - hard to find in the high country..... the breakfast package is a must...believe me...you owe it to yourself...instead of getting up and running off to town to grab breakfast somewhere......
Cons: A slightly later check out time, but then again, we could simply have requested that......
