Pros:Cheap price and location.
Cons:The floors were incredibly dirty. We went out to buy a mop and floor cleaner as it was also causing the worst smell in the room. Both beds were broken, the frames were not properly installed. Towels & sheets were provided the day after we arrived. Would have been a better stay if it was cleaned before we checked in.

Pros:The room was new and there was housekeeping...of and it's close to the water. That's about it
Cons:Where do I start? I got there on the later side, around 11:30pm but I had called in advance as instructed by the webpage and let them know I would be late. Got to the hotel and walked around for 5 minutes because I hadn't seen the small un-illuminated plaque that noted where the office was. When I made it inside and checked in, I was informed that I would be staying at their 'brand new' venue 8320 Harding Ave, almost 10 BLOCKS AWAY. We had a conversation that went like this SS: Didn't you come in a cab? Me: Yes but it left. I didn't know that I was staying in at a different venue. SS: Oh, don't worry, it's brand new. You'll be the first person to sleep there. I wish you had gotten here a few minutes ago, our shuttle stops at 11pm. Me: Well, I did call and say that I was going to be late earlier today. They didn't tell me that I was staying in a different space. Can you call someone at the office there and see if they can send someone. SS: Oh, there is no office there. Just here. I called a second cab, on my own dime and made it there. Thankfully the code worked to get in and I made my way up to my room. It smelled new, like paint but the towels and bedding smelled like it had been in there for weeks. There was a dampness in the room as well that made most things left out feel wet. I tried to make the most of it but when I logged into the internet, it didnt work. I called the 'front' desk and they told me they had a few complaints and that someone was coming tomorrow to fix it. It's late so I make plans to go out to breakfast somewhere that has wifi and work there until it's fixed. The next day after a few hours out of the hotel I am on my way back and am passing the office and go in to see if it has been fixed. They tell me, no one has had any complaints and that it seems to be working fine. Well, I was having trouble so I go back and try again and still nothing. I call the office and they tell me it seems to be working fine. I ask to confirm the password and they tell me I have one for a DIFFERENT VENUE and so they give me a one for my venue. No apologies, so 'sorry for the mix up' just a prompt hang up and then nothing for 3 days. When I checked out, they barely seemed to notice that I was leaving. They didn't ask me how my stay was, they didn't wonder how I enjoyed Miami, nothing. Not only will I never be back to this hotel or any in this group, they have turned me off from ever staying at a boutique hotel.
