Cons: Crew didn't answer any of my questions, were snappy, and rude.

Cons: Return checking by Porter staff

Pros: Lounge with free drinks (soda, coffee, water) and cookies/snacks! Glass drinks glasses on the plane! And leg room!

Pros: united over book. i got boarding pass but no seat number. United charge me $400. I want me money back.

Cons: Didn't hold our seats! Made it with ten minutes to spare, but sold our tickets when they could of called and said three passengers are on their way over!!!! Instead made a little more money!!!!

Pros: Crew was super helpful and very accomodating

Cons: Can’t think of anything. A few times I’ve flown Delta, the service has improved. Having helpful staff on board is very important . Years ago it was very unpleasant to fly Delta because of rude flight attendants especially on us domestic flights. Hopefully that has all changed. Especially the older crew. If they can’t stand doing better customer service they need to retire . Happy to fly Delta and will let people know.

Pros: The price of the ticket was great.

Cons: The flight was crowded, no overhead bin space from passengers putting coats and jackets in the bin instead of under their seats. I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical.

Cons: The carry-on space underneath the seat was limited by the entertainment system box

Cons: More luggage space and plugs on the plane to charge devices
