Pros: Can i request for a food that us not pork? I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. Hope they will serve some chicken or beef for not everyone will eat pork and to starve while on the plane is not acceptable for we paid for it. Thanks

Cons: I was stopped at gate check in and taken to one side as the passport control had reported me for being intoxicated. I was injured in the armed forces and have a bit of a balance problem as lost most my hearing. I think drink alcohol any more. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy but was put on seat E next to a huge fat guy so was unable to sit properly. I couldn't get out of the seat once as he just slept and must of drempt as kept jumping and banging me. I had 1 meal on the over 13hr flight, which I couldn't eat properly as was unable to use the knife & fork due to the huge obese guy next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at all meal times. Which she didn't. So missed all the meals and tea/coffee. I was looking forward to the put a too. The London to Singapore flight was a total let down and I expected so much more from Quantus as they have always been top standard before. Overall disgusted in the service.

Cons: be more careful with luggage; 8 flights on this trip and it would be this last one that my luggage cover was lost, and it wasn't a cheap one.

Cons: They were not able to seat me next to my partner despite us having booked/selected our seats 6 months in advance. Additionally, the check in process took forever and we had a bunch of issues getting on the flight

Cons: Ground personnel could have been way more helpful. We came back from Europe and needed to take a domestic flight to Palmerston North.We had a lot of handluggage that was allowed in our international flight, we had purchased an extra suitcase ticket to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. The lady that helped us was not willing to include any more items than 1 small suitcase that weighed only 11 kg, but we had paid for 23 kg. When we wanted to board the airplane we were told we could only take 7 kg each. Which caused problems and stress that we couldn't use after a 40-hour flight from Europe. We discussed this with the lady at the counter which wasn't really helpful to start with, but eventually, she let us board the plane anyway after we had to explain our situation a few times, and after she asked us to weigh our extra items, which of course we're more than 7 kg. We were pleased that at least she let us board our plane in the end. Hopefully next time we won't encounter the same problems.

Pros: Skycouch in Economy was wonderful. Although small, it was sufficient in order to get comfortable and get several hours of sleep on a long flight. Entertainment system was outstanding, with excellent selections of movies, TV, TED talks & music. Plus, ordered water, beverages and snacks at any time via the screen and it was delivered to my seat. We had a seat change request at the gate which was resolved by the gate agent who was amazing.

Cons: Check in and bag drop area needed personnel to assist and answer questions. It was not clear what to do and we stood in along line that we could have avoided if there had been a customer service rep to guide us.

Cons: No food included (and that fact wasn't made clear when speaking to Air Canada on the phone -- which was, itself, a whole fiasco during booking). Exact options for "meal tray" would have been nice to see on the in-flight entertainment system.

Cons: Air Canada is by far the worst airline ever! Lost our connection flight and arrived super late after being relocated in another flight.
