Pros: Quick boarding process and take off. Flight was slightly late but the staff expedited boarding and take off. Staff is friendly. Service was great. Beverage service was great. Baggage was quickly at baggage claim.

Cons: Even though its a short flight better food options for First Class would be appreciated.

Cons: The person who made the safety speech and other announcements spoke so rapidly as to slur words together. I believe I did not understand anything that she said.

Pros: Airport staff was amazing, helping us out with seats considering one of us was needing assistance due to health condition

Cons: We boarded on time then Pilot announced that they were working in the plane so we sat at the gate 90 minutes with no air conditioning. I would have much preferred to have been in terminal while waiting for maintenance to repair aircraft
