The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful
The room was filthy, hair at the pillows , bathroom was not cleaned, dirt at the carpet and broken window curtains.

The carpets were dirty the chain in the corner was stained. The extra towels in the bathroom were dirty the throw blanket had cigarette burns all over it. It was just down right dirty

The rooms were Clean and Maid service was Good
1) Internet was slowest and dropped you off every 5 minutes. worst on a hotel in last 3 years 2) TV channels and remote poor and no premium channels . 3) Noisy from water running in surrounding rooms.
