Pros: Location was good, right on the highway leading to my friends. Price wasn't too bad till I got there.
Cons: A bit outdated. A/C had one temperature (COLD) no matter where you put the settings. Bathroom was surface clean but roof of soap holder in tub needed a Clorox cleaning, which lead me to believe the whole bathroom needed a Clorox cleaning. Front of vanity needed replacing, has been repaired but bad job. Juice dispensers in breakfast room needed cleaning, very sticky with residue. Will not stay there again.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice and the location was great
Cons: housekeeping knocked on our door before our checkout time and we were dead asleep when she woke us up. It seems silly to have to pay for Wi-Fi it’s such a nice resort. We have stayed at a lot of nice resort and I’ve never had to opt in or out for Wi-Fi. The door outside of our room, 912, was super loud as people were coming and going and it woke us up constantly.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location for this hotel is great. There are restaurants and bars close which was great.
Cons: No ID check when I checked in. Just asked for name. Door to room would not shut properly. Toilet was disgusting. Not clean. Toilet over flowed. Maintenance fixed it but housekeeping did not come to mop floor. Restaurant in hotel had bad service.
6.7 Good
Cons: I’d asked for the room to be serviced twice and it wasn’t. For the amount your pay for the room you would expect something like that to be done. Wifi connectivity is poor and even after registering it would not work. Had to call the external help desk twice during my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean quiet
Cons: Not really
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The room wasn’t as clean as you would expect. Some kind of yuck was splattered up the wall and on the baseboard. You could tell the drinking glasses in the bathroom were probably wiped down rather than replaced with clean ones.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was there for a sorority conference that got cancelled midway through at about 11 AM. As long as we were all checked out by 1 or 2 PM, the hotel graciously allowed us to check out the same day it was cancelled, without attitude or difficulty. The actual hotel was very nice and the room was spacious. I opted for the Club level, and enjoyed the substantial breakfast and happy hour options.
Cons: Everything was great.
7.0 Good
Pros: Pillows for the bed were fantastic and the bathroom was great. Room service was nice and polite, was able to obtain all the coffee, sugar, and towels I needed.
Cons: Wasn't able to use concierge service because " I wasn't going to the same location as the others", valet took forever to bring my vehicle (about 20 mins, just happy the manager or shift lead was there. He got my vehicle in like 3 minutes after he noticed we were still there),and the tv guide was not updated to represent actual hours for hotel restaurants and dining. Winded up missing dinner because of this, the staff apologized for this and admitted it was wrong but that doesn't stop my hunger
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Parking Deck directly across the street is a gambit, they charge you $15 for parking. I'm ok with that. I parked in a clearly un marked area that said nothing about me being parked in an unauthorized area and I received a $35 parking ticket on my window
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large room and view of the city. Location was good to many restaurants and a few bars.
Cons: Refrigerator in room didn't work well and leaked a bit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed every aspect of my stay!!! Even though work kept me away most of the day. the time spent on the property was excellent
Cons: If you guys had more than 1 shuttle bus that would have been nice!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: That it is in downtown Richmond. Rooms were nice.
Cons: Dated lobby. Lack of attention to details. Fee for WIFI.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Coffee maker was broken.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. Room was disgusting and dirty. I left that day because it was so gross. Staff not friendly at all.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location near the hospital
Cons: Stayed on the first floor and could hear everything. Guest above was very active, banging, walking/stumping throughout the late night-11pm-1am - 630am-9am. Therefore, did not get any rest for the two nights. Made a call to the front desk atv11pm. Not sure if they contacted the guest as they said they would because the problem continued. Asked and sound like they were remodeling upstairs. Also, my room was not serviced / clean after the first night. Really should get reimbursed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds where so comfy
Cons: I have no complaints.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk person was very friendly. Room was quiet. Easy to control room temp.
Cons: Room carpet had large red stain near the bed. Hall carpet was disgusting!!! Somewhat hard to find. Sits way back behind other buildings.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, easy to get around since right off of Broad St that's the main route thru town. Highway system near by for easy on/off.
Cons: Breakfast, a very limited hotel breakfast. Many times no bacon or sausage. No yogurt, hard boil eggs, milk boxes to drink from. Bathroom needed repairs on the tub.

6.0 Good
Pros: Nicely located, well lit parking lot at night.
Cons: . We added an additional night for Thursday, they had a very hard time adjusting or room swipe cards for this. Twice we had to get them reprogrammed. . The shower/tub fixture was coming apart. . Fill line for toilet was dripping. . Breakfast was poor

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Delta Hotels Downtown Richmond is beautifully designed, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. No wonder so many weddings and other functions are held there.
Cons: Although my stay last year was superb, this year I did encounter a problem; however, an employee made that problem go away, and in a very diplomatic manner. She made the difference for me, and I will choose The Delta again next year.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Got in around midnite on a Sat after goofing off all day at Kings Dominion...hotel bar had already closed but was able to walk 5 mins over to Main St to get a beer instead. Free street parking on weekends & area seemed safe. Loved the brunch buffet Sun morning...overall a clean modern hotel & my room had a view of the river.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location is convenient for events by the train station and capital. The room was clean.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was not worth the money we paid for it. It was very limited and poor value for your money. I would not recommend paying extra to get breakfast included. Additionally, the shower did not drain and caused issues as we were preparing to head out to an event.
4.0 Okay
Pros: I loved the room setup. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the service was great. It was nice having a smart TV to watch netflix and we were happy to hear checkout time was at noon rather than 11 am. The water view around the hotel was beautiful and the food in the restaurant was good.
Cons: I had asked for an accommodation/request per our stay about us celebrating our anniversary as well as being first time visitors in Richmond and nothing was done above and beyond to make it personal or special. The parking was never advertised as needing to pay a fee nightly when I had booked the room and it stated parking was an amenity. When we had been offered to dine in the restaurant in the hotel, we were never informed it would charge a "dining fee." When we ordered room service for drinks to be delivered to the room, they had charged our generous tip twice. I had spoken with the waiter, and he had informed us of a "romance package" that was never offered on booking nor on the hotel website for a better deal. The walls were super thin, I could hear the next customer sneezing. When we informed the front desk upon checking out of our bill being so high and not understanding all the extra charges, they couldn't give me a reason as to why I had been charged and had mentioned to bring it up to management and that I would be contacted as to what they could do for me. Instead I received an email of my bill statement being the same amount I was told upon checkout with nothing fixed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff and rooms were top notch!
Cons: Valet took a little while to get your car, but that is to be expected on a Sunday.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Commonwealth is a lovely boutique hotel tucked downtown. Really charming. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was super comfy. I’m planning to book again for my next trip to Richmond!
Cons: I had no complaints! Travelers should be aware that there is no on-site parking but that is pretty standard for city hotels. They provide valet for a small charge.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The valet was unexpected and so nice! The hotel was located so close to everything we wanted to see. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere and not worry about parking or paying extra to park. The room was so clean and so big! The bathroom was so modern and also sparkling clean!
Cons: We were in a King suite and I know a lot of people love a soft cloud like bed. We did not enjoy the bed it was way too soft for us.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lots of history and a very well-appointed room
Cons: Low water pressure at the sink
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Phone wasn’t working
9.0 Excellent
Cons: The valet called his coworker lazy in front of me over a small mistake. He then ignored that I was in a hurry. I ended up sitting in the front seat of my car, with the door open, for several minutes waiting for him to finish his 1-sided conversation.
7.7 Good
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff, big, clean, well appointed rooms.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The only thing I like about the property was the staff.
Cons: From the outside the hotel looks great but once you get off the elevator all you smell is cigarette smoke and it stinks when you enter the room it looks nothing like what’s advertised everything is old and out dated the bathroom sink block up while using it and the shower had no hot water the microwave was old and rusted the lamps had cracks, we stayed on the 4th floor the window was open no lock the refrigerator barley got cold, the tv was old the pictures were blur it was a mess and all I was told I’ll speak to the manager. I will never stay there again the curtains were old and had paint stains on them
1.0 Poor
Cons: The heavy smell of marijuana when i got off elevator. Vacuum cleaner left right in front of my door. Door to my room coming apart. Mold mildew under the shower mat and in refrigerator. The floor was softer than the bed! I will upload the pics very soon. I will NEVER suggest anyone to this place!
6.0 Good
Pros: The lobby person was nice and the room was nice.
Cons: We did not have any wash clothes in our room. Had to go to the lobby to get just one and they never brought us any more clothes or new towels.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and reasonably priced and the two staff members I talked to were super friendly and helpful.
Cons: They didn’t have a continental breakfast due to the Covid-19 pandemic(which is understandable and not their fault)
1.0 Poor
Pros: When checking into the hotel I enjoyed the hospitality of the concierge. She was personable and helpful.
Cons: I did not like the plumbing situation as the tubs continued to fill up and took a very long time to drain out. I cleaned them prior to using and was unable to take a shower afterwards because it was very unclean. The other concierge was not helpful.
1.0 Poor
Pros: comfortable bed
Cons: This hotel should not be on your website until MAJOR repairs of the facility and cleanliness are fixed. We often stay at hotels of this level so are not too picky but this was the worst.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great, hot breakfast. Very quiet room on top floor.
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed in my first room
Cons: I had to switch rooms because I didn't have all the accommodations in my room and I also has to go to several floors to purchase a soda.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The place smelled like smoke even though the area was smoke free
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Rate would have been great before additional charges.
Cons: New person at the desk charged me for things i have never been charged for and the 4th floor is gross and will never stay on that floor again. I have stayed at this location many times and this was first bad experience and does not make me want to return
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
Cons: I waited forever to be checked in. I left the front desk after waiting over 8 minutes for anyone to check me in but no one did. I then came back in a few minutes later and was eventually helped after 5 minutes of waiting. Plus there were stains on my bed
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location comfortable bed.
Cons: No hot water in shower. Faucet out dated and didn't work right. There was hot water in sink.

7.7 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Clean and stylish
Cons: Strange loud noise in am (pipes?). Too much light came in under door. No place to put suitcase.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love staying at Botique Hotels. And Quirk 'met the bill' for a special experience. I know this is crazy, but I loved the decor in the rooms: area rugs, hard wood floors, big windows, neat and tidy bathrooms. Clean and fresh!
Cons: The parking was expensive for 1 nite. Its the price ones pays for staying in city center. But there was valet parking.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Incorrect room allocation which they claimed was caused by booking.com and not the hotel. Overcharged when leaving. Breakfast was inedible.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great1 loved the room and the view of Richmond from our room. Very comfortable! Would stay there again.
Cons: Would have liked a second chair in the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor, great staff!
Cons: We reserved a king bed and got double beds. They moved us and charged an upgrade fee. Have not removed fee yet.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Awesome lobby
Cons: Insanely loud room, mediocre creaky bed, iffy neighborhood, no luggage rack, not a 4 star bathroom by any stretch, actually children's art on the walls - not attractive or indicative of a 4 star space, curtains don't close all the way. Basically, look elsewhere for 300+ a night because this isn't a 4 star experience
5.0 Okay
Cons: Shower control orientation. Takes forever for temp to change Dining.. not super attentive Food.. ehh.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful design and interior design. Well-located with a great bar and restaurant
Cons: Parking was a bit difficult, so we had to valet park. Needed our car early in the am and were assured someone was always at the front desk. At 4:45, there wasn’t and we had to hunt around the property. Luckily we had plenty of time, but it took about 15 min and made for a nervy start to the day.

Cons: Fee for parking
9.0 Excellent
Pros: GREAT OLD STYLE HOTEL ROOMS WERE LARGE AND IN VERY GOOD CONDITION . STAFF WAS TERRIFIC
Cons: ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT IT IS ABOUT A MILE AWAY FROM WHERE WE LIKE TO GO FOR HAPPY HOUR AND DINNER. NOT BAD IN THE FALL AND WINTER BUT A HORROR SHOW WHEN IT IS 95 IN THE SUMMER.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ms. Abernathy at the front desk is absolutely AMAZING!!! Not only did she accommodate us getting in to our room before our check in time, she genuinely wanted to know what we needed and to let us know what was around the area for us to do. The next day I wanted to actually see her FIRST! She always had a smile, PROFESSIONAL:) and a pleasure at ALL TIMES!!! She is an asset to the hotel and customer service community at large! The rooms are BIG!!! We had a room for two people with double bed and could have easily fit 4. It was clean and very "traditional" in rustic old Richmond fashion. The cleaning staff is AMAZING! Smiling, pleasure to speak to and always concerned about what you needed. Clean, clean and CLEAN!!!!
Cons: The night staff is "light." It was the front desk attendant the night we stayed

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, couple of great restaurants within walking distance. Parking was right in front of the Inn at no extra cost. Safe neighborhood; quiet; reception staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Took the elevator to the third floor and exited on a back porch that stretched the length of the building. Our room was at the far end of the porch which then required that we more the luggage down the length of the porch, carry them down a flight of abt 8 steps across a landing and up another flight of about 6 steps. All a little strange, but a very nice place to stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was nice, quite, convenient

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk staff and others working there were extremely nice and helpful.
Cons: No airport shuttle. The ad promised a shuttle but it only travels within 2 miles of the hotel. no restaurant or bar. Apparently coming soon. my hotel room wall had a very large crack with wallpaper hanging off it. The room was not properly vacuumed.
