Horrible customer service and very early checkout
Pros:i liked the pictures they had as there grand suite and how roomy it looked. also they had some decent breakfast fresh make yourself waffles and yogurt.
Cons:i payed online and the room that was discribed had a hottub jacuzi in it. so even though it had the lowest price online once i clicked and intered my info it said the price i wanted was no longer available and its now X amount of dollars more i say what the hell and pay it.when i got there i asked the front desk how much it was per night stay for he didnt know i had reserved my room. he told me they were 79.99 a night mind you its monday. so i asked why i payed so much on line and he assured i was getting a suite witch is much diffrent. when i got to my room there was nothing great /nice or even remotly understandable on how this was a great squite. it was wheel chair essesable and had a chair in the shower that was small to begin with. long story short never again durty floors the chairs had stains on them and the front desk would not refund me when i asked to be given a diffrent room they said they were sold out. lol i grew up around that area of 7200 south in murray . never again . take your chances but read the reviews i didnt and i wish i had!
Pros:We found the room to be good enough quality. You could tell they've been updating, and there was a few things that still needed TLC however the room was clean, the beds were cozy, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the AM is also a perk.
Cons:Location was okay, however at night it you could definitely hear traffic, and it really didn't apprear to be the best neighborhood.
Pros:Fridge and Micro., chair & ottoman, large armoire with safe. Updated Bathroom & furniture. Comfy bed. Clean. Convenient office area. Room was nicer than expected.
Cons:Breakfast was very bad - few choices & everything gone before end of BF time period. Hot coffee/tea not available in lobby after 9AM. No table in room. There is a desk though, and some space on top of the large TV unit.
Pros:Location good, rooms good; inexpensive and clean
Cons:Hot tub and juice dispensing machine (at breakfast) broken for days and staff totally helpless and ineffective at addressing -- my suggestion that they go and buy juice in bottles for breakfast was met with nervous smiles... Probably not their fault (i.e. management source of problems...) but they are the representatives of the business and were not impressive.

Cons:Dirty bed covers Had to unscrew bulb on lamp to turn it off Bed VERY uncomfortable TV kept losing signal Train right outside our window Hallway noise at all hours (seemed to be a "by the hour" type establishment as well as a nightly one) Above us sounded like elephant herd migrating Breakfast was terrible (powdered eggs, waxy mini donuts, fake juice, white bread and Styrofoam plates/glasses) We asked to change rooms after night 1. We were told ok, after breakfast. After breakfast, we were told we would have to wait until after 3. We never got to change rooms. Not the quality we thought we were getting. I think the property recently came under new ownership...
Pros:Nice looking facility, reasonable rates.
Cons:I didn't appreciate waiting for 5 minutes in an otherwise empty lobby to be noticed at the front desk (with Nicklodeons Good Burger on the lobby big screen - not very professional) when the 20 something year old guy did show up he wasn't very attentive to his job. Some of the time the guy was watching the show on the tv behind me instead of completing my check in (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.) I was the only one checking in, but that shouldn't matter. Fast, courteous service is the simple expectation. I didn't experience any of those traits. The shower in my ground floor room took 10+ minutes to get warm and the drain was so slow the tub was over half full of cold water by that point. There were about 8 cars in the lot.....not that many people taking showers all at once, in the early evening, to explain the cold water issue. Once the water was warm, the tub still wouldn't drain fast enough to avoid eventually overflowing, so I had to turn the water off and wait for it to completely drain before I could fully rinse off. The shower and tub spigot weren't totally secure to the wall either it's like the construction in the remodel wasn't great quality because after those discoveries I was noticing details I usually wouldn't bother to pay attention to. The rooms decor was nice, and the price was okay, but I was hoping for a pleasant, surprise new favorite, but got the cold hand of disappointment instead. I'm not even interested in giving it a second try....which makes me sad because the pictures showed so much promise.
Pros:Our room was clean, and most things met my expectations.
Cons:The water temperature in the shower was TERRIBLE. After adjusting the temperature to a comfortable level, it would fluctuate to very hot, then back to where it had been, then to very cold, etc. About 25% of the time it was almost scalding hot, and about 25% of the time it was freezing cold. I talked to the front desk about it three times. They said they had been having issues with the boiler, new plumbing, etc. Showering took about 50% longer than it should have because I couldn't stand under the water about 50% of the time.
Pros:That it was comfortable ad's spacious with lots of pillows
Cons:That my confirmation or reservation was not sent to the hotel so they was not aware of me showing up
