Cons: You overbooked your capacity and gave me an option to fly to LAX and find my ride home. Unbelievable.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: First flight delayed for mechanical. Put on another flight. About to take off and ground for two hrs on the tarmac. No refreshments offered on either. The only thing they did was tell us we had the right to de board after sitting in silence for 1.5 hrs. I wish I could say this is not the norm for American Airlines but they are 5/6 in the past two months for being late and having mechanical issues

Cons: I ordered kosher food and again American Airlines didn’t get me any

Cons: No real headrests on the seats. Not very comfortable.

Pros: The crew were excellent. The seat was not very comfortable - it had a very firm seat cushion. The flight time was about 5 hours so it was OK. I adjusted to the feel of the chair. We had seats next to an exit door so we had more leg room which was nice.

Cons: The seat was not very comfortable. The seat cushion was quite firm. I sat for 15 hours on a Qantas seat which was quite a bit more comfortable. There was no onboard entertainment unless you had a cell phone and could download the West Jet app. I was spoiled by my flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney. They had touch screens on the backs of the seats so you could choose movies, radio, games, and flight info and the seats were much more comfortable.

Cons: Better, healthier food choices would be nice.

Cons: I had a basic economy so there was nothing I could have changed. The flight was good and captain alerted us frequently of status. Overall good

Cons: When I bought the basic economy tickets and it felt like they intentionally on every flight had us in the same row but not next to each other. It was bizarre because in planes with 2 seats on each side they put us one on each side. Then they put us in the middle when there were 3 seats and separated another husband and wife in our same row. I an chose other airlines that seat us next to each other without paying 30$ more per seat per flight. I am a mileage plus card holder too.

Cons: USB outlets at seats, footrests in first class

Pros: A delayed flight, made me late for work, I cannot depends on this airline
