9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly people. Very clean and spacious room with a balcony. Nice view on the lake and good airco. We could park our bicycles inside the hotel. The hotel also has a very good restaurant. Good choice of breakfast.
Cons: The location from booking to google maps is not the good location. Just search on google maps yourself.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place ,kindly persons
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good food, Nice view on lake, most of the friendly staff Spears or understands English.
Cons: The walk in shower creates a mess. Whole floor wet.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very clean, nice view
Cons: Verry pour breakfast, unfortunately
5.8 Okay
Pros: Spacious
Cons: The sauna and jacuzzi are closed. The air conditioning in the room works only on heat mode. It was impossible to stop the heating in the bathroom so it is really hot there.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The modern style, how clean it is, the location
Cons: A bit distant from the city, service at the restaurant was slow.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, overlooking the lake. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The charming helpful staff, gent on reception, the bar lady ( whose warmth shone through although she could not understand us) and most of all the young lady who saved us throughout our stay with her command of our language, she was a credit to both herself and the hotel. The VIP suite is just perfect, comfortable bed, lacks for nothing and views that defy description.
Cons: Speed of water flow into the bath, needs advance planning
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Exclusively helpful and friendly stuff. They took care of our laundry (we were 8 days on the road). Very clean and big room with gorgeous view (spectacular at sunset) of the bigest dam in Bulgaria. Comfortable beds. Nice bar upstairs, well insolated noise wise. Restaurant downstairs with great staff as well, beautiful ambiance and best food in town. Next time we are getting bikes to ride around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in the Presidential suite which was huge and very comfortable. Nice bar and probably the best restaurant in town which was very popular with the locals

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, within walking distance from sightseeings, center, park. Very pleasant interior of the room, the restaurant has nice private garden. Very impressed by the french windows onlooking a lake. Staff was accomodating.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Even electric jug with tea and coffee was there.
Cons: Breakfast was not OK and there was no ordinary coffee machine!!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: Breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: They didnt have twin ròom so we got penthouse. Ok but ac not good.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Amazing staff and good restaurant
Cons: Saying honestly, this is very clean and comfortable hotel with amazing staff. However, air conditioning did not work properly and thus we could not fall asleep normally since it was VERY hot.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Not much … initial welcome by Reception and upper floors accessible by lift.
Cons: Fix the air conditioner (Staff know it doesn't cool), safety deposit box (locked, staff don't know how to open) , TV would not operate (we will have technician come tomorrow). Have refrigerator operational (turned off inside and power plug pulled). Make the beds (had to look for the sheets and pillows and then make up ourselves). Missing were the promised bath robes, bidet, fan, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, kitchenware, stovetop, toaster, barbecue, view (sea view – yeah right; quiet street view, no; city view, no; lake view, no; garden view, no - actually had a good view into neighbour's bedroom), bottle of water, fruits, chocolate or cookies. Both the hair & body wash and the hand wash containers were empty. Lots of fun when you prepare yourself to wash your hair and then find out and have to get out of the shower wet and find the containers. No idea whether the cable channels were available (no TV). Restaurant could not provide our first two drink choices "we are changing the menu tomorrow" and caused a drama when we wanted to charge the meal to our room "you should have told me first, our system doesn't allow this now". Putting guests in a room facing the afternoon sun with a promised air conditioner that is known not to be operational, especially with a near empty hotel, is just not acceptable. Staff are obviously very sensitive to the failed operational issues - and run away and hide rather than facing guests with issues that can't be fixed. But the most amazing response, across the board from the Staff - "we know, but we are not the Manager".
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great location overlooking the park and only a short walk from the centre, the breakfast was good and tasty. the helpful staff really made for a great place to stay. I will return in the future! Many thanks.
Cons: N/A
5.0 Okay
Pros: Clean and pleasant
Cons: Th front desk girl was not polite. There was water leak in my room and they did not reimburse us at all.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is directly across from the very beautiful city park. The free parking is directly in front of the hotel.
Cons: The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. The breakfast was okay, but I could tell that the food (including meat and scrambled eggs) had sat ot on the buffet table for over 2 hours.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Air conditioning broken and 90 deg weather, noisy with windows open with staff talking outside, many dogs barking, and people partying. Internet too weak to connect on second floor. No maid service. My Bulgarian friends said it was not a good choice. That I should have asked them for lodging recommendation. Will know better next time!

7.1 Good
Pros: Overall I like the hotel. The room was nice. Ample space, and the AC was very good.
Cons: I did have a big issue with the noise coming from the neighboring houses. Every morning at 5 AM by roosters were crowing every 2 min, and dogs barking along with them. No elevator in the hotel.
6.3 Good
Pros: Ideal for a one night stopover.
Cons: The hotel needs to be updated. The air conditioner in our room wasn't working. It was made ages ago. Rooms viewing the street were noisy.
5.4 Okay
Pros: the bath was not working
Cons: no air condition staff unfriendly
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great! Room was spacious bathroom very big and everything very clean! with all comforts like tv and fridge also a sitting room, plus a fine Balcony!. Personell very polite and helpful. Very nice breakfast was included. I suggest this hotel to everyone. Its a great choice and best value for money! Thank you for a nice stay!
6.7 Good
Pros: We booked the hotel as a convenient stopping point on our journey home from Turkey. All along the roadside to Montana were young ladies sunbathing in very little so when we entered the hotel there was a women behind a glass screen with a small space to pass money through we wondered what sort of hotel we had wondered into. Beds had no top sheets on and so this impression was reinforced on entering the room. But thankfully the room was very large had nice big balcony. We had large sofa and was very comfortable. Broken fitments in the bathroom and overall a very tired appearance. But for what we paid great value. Close enough to town centre where there is a lovely park and cafes. Nice outside eating area at the hotel where we sat with our dogs. I didn’t speak Bulgarian and my apple iTranslate must have ordered pork without veg and I though I’d ordered a plate of veg. The pork and three slices of tomato tasted nice. Good job I wasn’t that hungry. Good breakfast.
Cons: Just a little out of the town and didn’t feel comfortable at night but dogs needed walking. Small park next door which nice during the day however at night we passed a gent who we thought was alone but as we passed a lady (using that term loosely) got up from between his legs. Not something we are used to seeing even though I’m sure this sort of thing goes on in the Uk also. We were glad to move on.
7.1 Good
Cons: 2€ for refill coffee is total rip-off and mysteriously card payment didnt go trough, obviously they needed money pass cash register. Fridge and air condition needs service, had to shut down those cause of noise.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very polite front desk, easy to communicate over the phine with. Clean, spacious rooms with balconys, very well insolated from the outside noice. Refular (standard) beds and furniture with very clean sheets. Small, but good enough parking in front of the hotel, right on the main road.
Cons: Not the hotel's fault, but some guests were knocking on the doors and talking extremly loud between 4 and 5 am. Poor breackfast.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was excellent for our work. It was a pleasant walk to the city center park.
Cons: Although very basic & clean, it’s time for updating the furnishings & new paint in the rooms.
