Pros: Uh not sure what I did like? Nothing much really. Mostly disappointed.
Cons: It was up stairs we have a toddler we treasured down stairs. But that's not a guarantee so can't be helped. But of course covid19 closed down the pool land breakfast both of which was why I chose the hotel in the first place. Neither of which I should have had included in my room fee since we would but be able to use due to neither our not the hotel. The web said the pool was open there and have atleast had a little notation on the booking site bringing attention to the fact it was closed until further notice. And throwed a 10 % discount on their room

Pros: Nothing it was awful and a RIP OFF
Cons: The Hotel was under maintenance, walls are paper thin , and rooms are disgusting.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was welcoming, even through this pandemic. Check in & out was a smooth process. The room was clean and ready.
Cons: It wasn’t a huge issue but the tv kept losing signal. Normally, it was around the evening time.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean, and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. It is very pet-friendly, and they make towel animals just like Disney!
Cons: Everything was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was extremely impressed with the whole stay. Absolute best stay I've had in a while. Exceeded expectations!!! A+.
Cons: I was disappointed about the pool land a breakfast in a brown paper bag. A muffin and nutrition bar and a water and an apple. My toddler can't eat apples and sugar is not his thing. Maybe some frozen individual wrapped breakfast sandwiches or something from Jimmy Dean or John morelle instead? Guests can just grab some and take them back to their rooms or at 7am a staff could just hang them out or people could sign up for "breakfast services" in the morning and also some little carton milk or orange juice a napkin and a tiny plate on a disposable styrofoam tray. And a tiny note saying something like... "We want your day to start out right and bright, here is a balance and health wise breakfast for some of our best guests. We hope you have and excellent day starting work our "Bright Breakfast Basket" A good ol' southern morning y'all from the staff at Best Western Flagship Inn..... " That's a good idea I hope you use it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and enjoyed out stay. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and checked us in fairly quickly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had the continental breakfast both days and it was very good.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location is right off I-10, & close to many other hotels, restaurants, & gas stations.
Cons: Staff was very rude, & unhelpful. 4 people were standing at the desk. No- one spoke, or offered to assist me, & another customer that walked in behind me. I had a reservation. They had sold my room, and never called to tell me. They sold my room because they were sold out of rooms, and I had a late check in that I had advised of on my reservation. It was nearly 11PM, and after traveling we were very tired Thankfully a nearby hotel (QUALITY INN) had rooms, & were able to accommodate us. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BEST WESTERN. WILL NOT BOOK THEM AGAIN.

Pros: The location is great. The breakfast was good I would have liked to have regular bread to make toast but that's ok as there were other options
Cons: We were in room 122 and the water in the shower is very difficult to get a comfortable temperature. It was either hot or hotter. When we were checking out the next morning we tried to let the clerk know but no one was at the front desk. Also there is a piece of green masking tape holding the wall paper on the wall above the door in the bathroom and masking tape holding the back of the tv remote together.

Cons: Poor housekeeping. Beds are way more comfortable at cheaper hotels just up the road. Pros: The breakfast was great!!!
Cons: Poor service raggedy hotel.
4.0 Okay
Pros: I didn’t like anything at this property.
Cons: When I first checked in, I asked the front desk gal if there was a room with two beds and she said no it is all sold out. Then I went upstairs and tried opening the door and the door key did not work. I had to go back downstairs to get it fixed and went back to my room. Opened the door, walked in, and realize that it has an unpleasant odor in the room. It smelled like something died in there. The AC unit wasn’t working properly either , we asked the house cleaners if it was alright with them to help me get rid of the awful smell in the room. She tried to spray something on the floors making it more wet and concealing the smell but it wasn’t helping. So again we went back downstairs and the desk lady, she told us to take the room two doors down and I told her soooo you DID have a room available....She said she just found out. Okay. Cool. So I went back up the third time and when I kicked my shoes and socks off, felt the floor....IT WAS NASTY. IT FELT STICKY. I don’t know if I was unlucky to get the sucky rooms but my stay was not good. I had to wear my socks the whole time stepping around my room. The blanket didn’t have sheets underneath it so I felt grossed out to even use them. The tv didn’t even work so we asked for help, turns out it wasn’t plugged in. The alarms kept going off because the previous person had set the alarms to 5am. Then to top it off, the shower drain was clogged. You think it couldn’t get worse than this but it did. The breakfast was not FREE. You have to purchase it when you book your stay. I understand that every hotel is different but that was a bummer. The pool was murky and looked like nobody cleaned it and nor would I dare to swim in it. The fridge’s freezing part didn’t even freeze my ice cream and it melted. The price point was not good either. It’s expensive and should only cost $30 to stay here not $100+. The location isn’t good. The only good thing about here is that it is close to Walmart.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: it seems like they use powdered eggs. they need to use real eggs for breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was not good for sleeping cause alot of body pains. Breakfast and meals were great. Did not get the handicapped room as requested several times before hand. So my stay was very painful.
Cons: Handicapped room as I requested staff to provide over and over again.

Cons: Bed uncomfortable and room was very cold
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was in a good location to where our venue was. Nice, clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful with information.
Cons: The breakfast. Didn’t think it was worth the price. Fruit wasn’t ripe. (Cantaloupe) Asked for cheese in my eggs and doubt if the cook added a tablespoon worth. Sausage wasn’t hot.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and beautiful place. Friendly staff and gorgeous property!
Cons: Absolute nothing! It was fantastic! A must stay!
6.3 Good
Pros: The historical building is amazing inside and outside. The furnitures was very nice and nice Christmas decorations. The rooms are also nice
Cons: Rooms: the rooms were frozen, the temperature was 51F (11C). It took hours to get warm and we didn’t even shower because it was too cold. The heating system was very loud and it didn’t get to the bathroom. In the bathroom there was only body soap, no shampoo or body lotion. Breakfast: worst breakfast ever (if you can call it breakfast).we had fruit and cheese platters left over, half started. It was advertised in the brochure in the room that they had assorted yogurts and cereals. There was no yogurt and we are not sure how we could eat the cereal without milk! The orange juice was left in the fridge and too cold to be drunk, as well as jams and fruits (that we had to wash ourselves) so basically breakfast was: coffee and tea, bagels and cold jams, and two types of sweets. Cereals and oats impossible to eat without milk. Ah, leftovers fruits. Boutique hotel/b&b: we have read in the comments that they don’t consider themselves a b&b (even if outside that’s what the sign says). It is neither of them. There is lack of personal relationship to be a b&b and the beauty of the structure doesn’t compensate for the lack of quality service to be called a boutique hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love to stay at old time southern B&B's like this one over a simple hotel. Very quaint and picturques

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. The breakfast was good I would have liked to have regular bread to make toast but that's ok as there were other options
Cons: We were in room 122 and the water in the shower is very difficult to get a comfortable temperature. It was either hot or hotter. When we were checking out the next morning we tried to let the clerk know but no one was at the front desk. Also there is a piece of green masking tape holding the wall paper on the wall above the door in the bathroom and masking tape holding the back of the tv remote together.
