Pros: Bed, couches and chairs were all insanely comfy. The view was absolutely outstanding on all floors especially the top floor. Complementary brekky was perfect. Spa, sauna and shower were absolutely amazing.
Cons: Everything except for the kitchen and walking up and down the stairs, was absolutely perfect. Basic kitchen things like butter weren't there. There was a coffee machine and pods, but only enough milk for two coffees. There was also only one and half rolls of toilet paper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing and they were so accommodating. I was in Olinda for a work conference and chose to stay there rather than at the conference centre. We had a minor issue with breakfast only being served from 8:30am, but I called them and explained my forum started at 8:30 and I needed breakfast earlier and they made this happen. Also love the self service check in.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Had a great time with gf,relaxing spa, good facilities, glad we stayed there
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great decor and surroundings.
Cons: Lack of power points inliving area so running laptop/working was difficult. Didn't really appreciate the baskets of things that had price tags. Either give me things to use, or don't have anything. A bit tacky.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property was so clean and in a great location
Cons: There was no handrail up the pebbled stone stairs and the driveway was extremely steep to walk up, fine for us but my parents who we normally travel with would not of managed ..... this should be mentioned somewhere for consideration

Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Bed could have been more softer
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very cosey, and in the heart of eating places. Dianne was lovely and very helpful on arrival. The bed was really comfortable, spa was great and shower great pressure.
Cons: We got locked out and had no phone. Went to main house, knocked and buzzed, no answer, went upstairs to other permanent house, no answer, eventually thought to bother the cottage next door and they helped by calling owner. Was very funny but also found it hard to find anyone when needed, it was only 7:30pm ish. If you want to sleep in maybe not a good place as the cottage next door and also permanent residence upstairs, you can hear every footstep. The traffic can be a little noisy too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and great service from dianne
Cons: Nothing

Pros: All I can say is WOW!! The bed was beautiful, the cleanliness was exceptional, the ample food was spectacular. We are parents of 8 children and it was the most amazing time away we could have asked for. We have stayed in many places in Olinda and this is by far the very best. Thanks so much for having us. Our monthly getaway will be here from now on!!

Pros: Clean, serene, sound of birds.. Fresh air...the best.... SUPERB!!
Cons: Check out time..better if I could check out at 12.pm
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location is good. Clean.
Cons: The cottage is old, miserable and doesn't meet any requirement for 5* as advertised. Not enough lights. Beds are uncomfortable. Not cute, not cosy. Nothing to change so much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful attention to detail in all aspects of the room and appreciated the catering to special dietary needs for what was a lovely breakfast. Great linen and pillows on the bed too! Would be a very nice place for a romantic getaway.... Also appreciated being able to reach the host out of hours for instructions on things... Would definitely recommend!!!
Cons: Would have been lovely to have some small drinking glasses and some wine glasses in the kitchenette (although there were two champagne glasses)....

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
5.0 Okay
Cons: The towels and linen need to be updated. towels were very old and small Sheets had a musty smell. Bed was too low.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: No service at all We nearly didn’t turn up
Cons: Cockroach in sink down stairs spiders all through the room and one if the beds smelt of urine
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was in a quiet setting, suited us as far as the proximity to Puffing Billy, water in the bathroom was hot & waterpressure was good.
Cons: Cramped room, cracked tiles in bathroom, aircon wouldn't reset to heating (it was a cold night), kitchen area was unclean with food left around on the benches & plenty of dirty dishes scattered around. We felt we were 'misled' by the photo on the website. I mistook the photo of what I assumed was a stand alone cabin, which was actually just a cropped photo of the entire accommodation place. I was expecting individual units whereas the house was split up into 4 'rooms'
8.0 Excellent
Pros: we didn't have any breakfast but everything was there if we needed it, it was very clean and the view from the balcony was magnificent, the owners were lovely the only thing I did not really like was we shared our balcony which meant people who used the balcony could look inside our room it would have been lovely to have a small wall where we felt we were alone but everything else was wonderful.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely spacious cottage with character and beautiful garden. Well equipped and peaceful and clearly lots of thought has gone into this property as there are lots of nice touches, including a lovely breakfast spread.....well located for the local sights.
Cons: Could do with some blackout curtains as gets very light early in the mornings and some instructions as to where the DVDs went would have helped as it took us a little while to figure it out!
