Pros: Very quiet. We were the only guests there for the night.
Cons: The pool is dirty. The gym room is empty and closed. We were given the tickets to the garden. The garden is only open during weekends. We were there on a weekday. What's the point?

7.5 Good
Pros: We rent two rooms. On our request we were upgraded with no extra charge from a quite old type of bungalows to what seems to be newer rooms more close to the pool. Gave us a better standard. Wi-fi worked ok in rooms. The pool was ok.
Cons: The new rooms we got were not cleaned and ready to what we understand is their standard before we were offered to move in. We complained about it the thai way. We had planned to stay for two nights but we left after one night not only because of our experience at this stay.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: I paid 6000 baht per night for the "villa" for 2 people. the villa was so dirty! and no renovation was done on that property, it looks so shaby! And during the 4 days stay there was no internet in non of all their rooms and villas! They said "No have" and gave a stupid smile. Upon check in they did only show us where the villa is located. No personal explanation about the facilities at the villa, no showing, no helping with luggage, no nothing! The Bath room is filthy. The aircon filters and aircon is filthy and full of dirt! I did take out the filters myself so they would see the dirt and clean - of course thew did not clean ! There was no hot water at the rooms from my friends and my other family members and of course not in my villa. The water pressure was so weak one could bearly take a shower. Flusing the toilet was also not woring in down stairs and upstairs. Znbeleivable place, so BAD! The breakfast sucks! all "hot food" food was in fact cold! no real coffe! only instant powder coffe and instant powder milk. A SHAME! Insects everywhere! no fans in the open air area which they called "restaurant". The fruits appeared so disgusting, not fresh.
6.7 Good
Pros: i like how there is a room with 6 single beds and the property is really big. Was glad for 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
Cons: nothing nearby unless you drive. too many flies at the restaurant. No way to contact from desk unless you call or walk over (thus cannot even call the buggy to come to your room to drive you over if you're staying far away). nothing but a night rest basically.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The bed is big and comfortable. Landscaping is well done.
Cons: When I reached the reception, they claimed that I did not have any reservation with them. (I did the reservation at 7pm and arrived at the venue at about 7.30pm.) I understand that the email from Booking.com might have been delayed, but the way the staff kept harping that I have no reservations and have to pay walk-In rate (which is only a difference of about 100 baht). My friend talked to them and we were made to wait at the reception for about 20 mins while they tried to find the email from booking.com. Eventually a supervisor told us that we can settle this the next morning at check out. I guess I expected better service as check-in is the first touch-point of any venue. Perhaps the staff wasn't empowered to make exceptions but it gave a bad experience right from the start. The next morning, there was no water and it took them about half an hour to fix it. The hot water was very hot and it's difficult to control the water to get a suitable temperature (warm water). Quite a bad experience overall for a premium room at the Aurora.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast is ok
Cons: Very complicated service, room did not clean well. No wifi inroom.

7.5 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Bathroom sewage system wasn't good. 2nd person have to stand in flooded floor and bath.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the outdoor options available in Khao Yai and still keeping very close to the main nightlife attractions on offer. Rooms were large, clean, very comfortable and toilet seemed to be newly refurbished. We had a complementary upgrade from Superior to Deluxe which was very much appreciated. Swimming pool was large and the grounds were nicely manicured. The resort is very quiet, notwithstanding its location right on the main road and right in the middle of cafes and restaurants. Palio, a themed shopping arcade is literally next door and there is a private entrance between the hotel and the shopping arcade if you want to buy tourist trinkets etc.
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre and disappointing at the price. Otherwise, no complaints!

5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staffs, simple bread and hot drinks are provided in the morning. They are giving out free water bottles for our day trip, while the other hotel is asking us to pay if we take extra.
Cons: The property basically a no sound proof structure. Bad selection of the dressing table chair and flooring material, which making irritating sounds when you move it. We are disturbing by the sharp noise from 5am, causing by the upper floor room. During our stay, there’s a tour group with us. We have no idea why they have to wake up at 4/5am to prepare and only leave the hotel at 7:30am. We are forced to wake up from the sharp noise and people opening and closing door, talking and chatting at the next room. We stayed the last corner room of the floor, can’t imagine if we are near to the stairway. It must be worst. Widely awake from all the noise, we tried to talk to the receptionist; although he apologized but he said he can’t do anything with it. That’s very awful experience to us. Suggest to paste some cushions on the bottom of the chair to ease the sharp noise when it against the tiles. And improve the sound canceling of the room like changing the door frame to be more solid which can prevent leaking noise...Oh, not forgetting about the burning smell nearby, causing the room smells like burning too. By the way, their mattress is as hard as you are laying on a table. Perhaps this is their norm, as I realized most of the hotel in khao yai provide hard mattress... I stayed for two nights, basically cannot wait to check out from there as per my unlucky experience.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Clean
Cons: With same price, other hotel is better.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is really nice. Breakfast is good.
Cons: There are a few insects in the room.
5.0 Okay
Cons: It was frustrating to be allocated a room on an upper floor when all the rooms on the ground floor appeared to be vacant. Other guests made similar comments.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We reached in the night and the place was super clean. Only thing is it doesn’t have a lift. As we were staying only for one night it was a great deal .
Cons: No lift
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast is simple but good. Location is good.
Cons: Facility quite old but acceptable
5.0 Okay
Pros: I am satisfy with the location, cleanliness and price. It is very close to Palio.
Cons: It will be better if the staff can speak English. The sound insulation also needs improvement. I couldn't sleep in the second night due to the others guests talking in the canteen throughout the night, it's too distracting !!!

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice & Beautiful place Suitable for family / couple / friends Chill on Rooftop with hotpot
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For a smaller, family-orientated resort this is a great choice to stay near Khao Yai! Bann Cheesecake is very peaceful with mountain views and is not too far from the national park or from nearby restaurants. The employees there were very friendly and happy to help us with any request- they even went out of their way to buy us some drinks that they didn't have on the premises. One great highlight was the 'dinner under the night sky' where you can eat hotpot (cooking meat, noodles, vegetables, etc. on a grill) while on the roof of your room. There is also a swimming pool and the grounds are very well-kept and great for photo ops. We will be sure to stay again next time we visit Khao Yai!
Cons: Nothing :)

Pros: Friendly helpful staff great size swimming pool great food at the restaurant and close to the town market on every night
Cons: The elevator stopped working twice
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location O.K.
Cons: Swimming pool had green algae on the bottom tiles every morning. On the 3rd day the algae was floating on the surface. Generally only a fool would have used the pool during our stay and our kids were not allowed near it - much to their disappointment. Generally the staff were friendly but the manager couldn't be found "gone to Bangkok" was the only answer we could get. Breakfast was poor. We booked 8 rooms for a total of 50 nights but never received any recognition when a complaint was raised. Needless to say we will not be staying here on our next trip to Pakchong
