It's a little like being in a house of mirrors there. Literally. Mirrors everywhere and if you are not fully awake, you might get confused. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice, though I think they were understaffed when we were there. Otherwise a fine place to stay.
Pros:Hotel is beautiful, upscale, modern and comfortable. Location is top rate, directly across from the virtualize markt. The staff was very friendly - though they seemed to have some issues which I suspect are from the hotel being rather new.
Cons:Staff needs to be better trained in restarting the room with amenities. Coffee, sugar, other items were often not re-supplied. Room heating system failed while we were there; howevet, hey did supply us with a portable heater that worked well,
Pros:Balcony, accommodating staff.
Cons:When I had asked if I could check in 2 hours early, they said yes. When I arrived it turned out this was not possible. Which would have been fine if I wasn't am traveling for 10 hours and if everything in Munich wasn't closed on Sunday's.
Pros:Great location. Great staff. Awesome fitness center.
