Pros: Boarding process was easy and flight was smooth.

Cons: Flight was more than hour delayed. When it hit the turbulence zone it was insanely scary. I know it's nobody's fault but leaves bad felling about the flight.

Pros: Upgraded to first class

Cons: Not impressed with luggage fees that were not indicate but hidden in price - and all the nickle and diming on every little thing.. ruins the overall experience

Pros: Flight was delayed 6 hours

Cons: Getting stuck at the boarding area for 6 hours in normal weather with no particular hazards for flying. Crew was good. They did their job.

Cons: United Boarding is ridiculous run out of overhead space passegers apparently don’t know how to use overhead space even a mess I fly 50+ times a year this was worst

Pros: Crew and entertainment were excellent.

Cons: Communication about the delay at SFO was really poor.

Pros: Comfort plus seats gave extra leg space.

Cons: Probably more of a Newark airport thing but we were delayed on the runway for over an hour because of drizzle. That is a joke. You can fly in light rain.

Cons: Delayed by an hour and spent most of it taxiing.

Pros: Great crew. Easy boarding. Free snacks and drinks.

Cons: No entertainment. No outlets/USB. Older plane.

Cons: Canceling flights with no notice and rescheduling made me lose a day

Pros: Crew on plane were very good; gate agent was not.

Cons: Assertive gate agent in Toronto insisted I check my carry-on even though it was within regs and there was lots of overhead space (I was 2nd on the plane) but he insisted saying it would be waiting for me as I debarked (not true-came down carousel with checked bags)
