Cons: Flight delayed by over 4 hours. Took another flight

Pros: crew efficient, cabin clean

Cons: Delayed by an hour and spent most of it taxiing.

Cons: Check in problems with precheck. There seems to be a consistent issue with seeing our precheck on our boarding pass. This has happened twice. Otherwise good overall. Time to fix the problem

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: 1+ hour before we took off after getting on the plane. 1+ hour before we got off the plane after landing.

Pros: Fuss free check in. Crew was very friendly and helpful. Flight is on time. Will definitely travel on WestJet again.

Pros: Crew did a good job, even with the long delays.

Cons: Plane was almost 2 hours late getting to LA. Started with the crew needing to clear customs in Vancouver. Delayed by 30 minutes....then the crew preboarded a sick lady and her travel companion. At some point crew decided she should not fly to LA, but the ladies wouldn’t get off plane! 45 minutes later and 4 RCMP show up to escort them off plane. Then we didn’t have any ground crew to get us off loading ramp. Finally got away 90 minutes or more after scheduled departure. Circled LA a few times before getting to land.... long flight with long delays!

Cons: Appalled that I was approached by two flight attendants separately to turn off my light in order to accommodate another passenger as the light was bothering them on a night flight. I pay premium pricing for the Plus seat so I have extra room to work. I chose not to turn off light in order to work, then flight attendants allowed the passenger to approach me. Really unacceptable to put me in uncomfortable interaction, making me play bad cop. I was sitting behind passengers talking loudly who were using profanity. My solution? Earphones. This is a commercial flight - offer passengers eye covers, some solution, or tell them to deal with it, or tell them to charter a private plane. Don’t tell us to sacrifice what we pay for, because you can’t do your job. Lost a loyal customer.

Cons: The main economy seats were far too narrow.

Pros: The crew was amazing and the flight was fast and smooth. Seating was great

Cons: Boarding was a zoo, they changed aircraft and lost my reservation although I am an executive platinum. I boarded as a standby customer Comer after 25 years of flying with them you would think they would pay more attention.

Cons: American Airlines has to be the worst airlines there is. It never fails that they try I Cath someone and try to pretend that their carry-on bagIs too big. They have this tiny little frame no reasonable carry-on could possibly fit into. Over and over again I see people including myself and my traveling companion’s having to check their carry-on bag because their “too big” this is nonsense. These are standard size bags. It’s more than enough space on board the plane. In a way in which the gate check individuals handle this interaction is a palling you’re insulting demanding and don’t give you a chance to rearrange your luggage so I can go into their absurd dimensions

Cons: Same as the other two legs of trip. Horrible and will never fly American Airlines again
