Pros: On a quick 40 minute flight they still managed to serve coffee, water and snacks.

Pros: It got us to Atlanta on time.

Pros: Crew AND passengers were great, polite & calm. Seats are kinda squashy, tight. Food was yummy.

Cons: Don't think you could make general seats more roomy for average sized people? Luggage bins were squashy too.

Pros: left on time and arrived on time

Cons: Flight was delayed 1 hour on the tarmac

Cons: there was no in-flight entertainment.

Pros: Not much to like about United these days, just basic cattle car service and nickel and dime you for everything.

Cons: Cramped seats, poor entertainment choices, basic uncomfortable seating.

Cons: Could not get movies to play on iPad or Mac book pro.

Pros: Gate agents were nice.

Cons: 1. Nothing healthy to buy on the plane. 2. Nasty flight attendant. 3. Small seats. 4. Swollen ankles because flight attendant wouldn't let me put my stocking feet up in bulkhead seat, which is why I purchased it. 5. Poor service. 6. Plane landed early but we didn't get to the gate until more than an hour later!

Cons: Will never fly with WestJet again regardless of price.

Cons: the boarding process was chaotic. not enough time was allowed for zone 1 passengers. the plane was old. the inflight entertainment didn’t work. the crew was friendly though. there was no hot food but the cold selections were ok. i would expect a much better customer experience for business class passengers.

Pros: seat was comfortable
