Cons: Flight delayed 3 hours, then a seats were very cramped and uncomfortable

Cons: Four hour delay, rude gate agent, seat in front of me was broken making my already small space smaller, the plane smelled.

Pros: Calm and safe, just like I like it.

Cons: Temperature of cabin was too cold. My feet were icy.

Pros: If I could choose my seat

Pros: Boarding process was easy and flight was smooth.

Pros: Not much

Cons: Not being delayed 3 hours

Pros: Nice attendants was the only thing good about this flight

Cons: Flight was very late causing problems for connection. Forced to check carryon due to poor storage. Seat instruction were in Spanish. Magazine was in Spanish. This is America and can’t it be in English.

Pros: It’s been a while since I have flown United, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the crew on both of my flights were. I flew basic economy and was treated better and had as much leg room as with “upgraded service” from another carrier with an American name. After this experience I’ll go out of my way to book on United. Thanks

Cons: Would like to have a meal.

Pros: That we FINALLY departed.

Cons: Everything. Cleanliness, friendliness, PUNCTUALITY.... Airline absolutely SUCKs.

Cons: The flight was delayed repeatedly, finally taking off almost five hours behind schedule
