Cons: The crew could have checked us in...we were 5 minutes late and had to book and pay for new tickets.

Pros: Convenient! Love flying to Toronto on Porter. Nice glassware for drinks. Unique feel. Will definitely fly again!

Pros: Buult-in entertainment system, good selection of programs to watch, ok customer service.

Cons: Two and a half hour delay on an 1:20 flight. I fly with Air Canada often, and delays are constant, especially on the evening flights. WestJet, which services the same route, doesdoesn't have this problem.

Pros: Good job to the Logan Airport ground crews & FA, flight# AC7677 FA from YYZ to Bos, flight#AC 362 did a good job aswell. Overall, im satistied.

Cons: I don't like the boarding system from Bos to YYZ & vice versa. Why not start from the rear part (zone 5) instead of starting from zone1. just saying.
