I was charged twice for All of the taxes VAT and 24.15 a day for Internet, which was not Disclosed ahead of time. A hotel that was supposed to cost me $1815 cost me $2495. Harbourside said that booking.com was not supposed to charge me the taxes and VAT upfront. I have not been able to get in touch with booking.com to see why they were not passed along to Harborside.
