Cons: Flight delayed 3 hours, then a seats were very cramped and uncomfortable

Pros: Crew was good. Seat uncomfortable and hard.

Cons: All went great. Another excellently run Delta flight.

Cons: Hello, I just needed to voice my dissatisfaction with this fight. I’m not sure if every Westjet flight I was lucky and had amazing crew members or if the staff on this flight was having a bad flight. Our flight was delayed by 75min. The flight crew did not attend to any requests from the customers for the 75min we were on the tarmac. I asked for headphones and the crew member look agitated I asked made a remark about how nobody buys them so she didn’t know how much they are. She said she would come back with the price, and did not. I had to wait for the beverage cart and then order them again. Then I asked for an additional can of ginger ale. The gentleman said he’ll need to come back (as he was cleaning the garbage). He never came back. I had to hit the assistance button again and got the original woman. Once again agitated and when I asked she said to wait for the beverage cart again. After another 10-15min they started the beverage service again. On previous flights there were delays, shorter like 30min westjet crew members gave free headphones. And those are the kind of experiences I’ve come to expect from westjet. Not the free aspect but flight crew that care about the customers. The entire crew on this flight was agitated and annoyed from boarding and it definitely showed. Small things like even a smile or even sorry everyone, would’ve gone a long way. But when the crew doesn’t care the flight gets 10x longer, and when the flight is already delayed by 25% of the flight duration it comes to a point where you’re counting down the seconds to get out. The delay was unfortunate and out of the control of the company and crew but that doesn’t mean the crew couldn’t still make it into a memorable experience for the guests.

Cons: the boarding process was chaotic. not enough time was allowed for zone 1 passengers. the plane was old. the inflight entertainment didn’t work. the crew was friendly though. there was no hot food but the cold selections were ok. i would expect a much better customer experience for business class passengers.

Pros: The flight crew was great, and the flight itself was smooth. The plane was very clean.

Cons: There was an issue that was beyond the control of the ground staff (the ladies and gentlemen at the check-in counter) that resulted in a three hour delay. I think they could have been a little more forthcoming about the whole situation instead of just saying “we’re working on it, safety is our number one concern at Alaska Airlines.” They however give us a voucher for $75 credit toward our next flight with Alaska Airlines, and that notification came through before we had even disembarked at our destination. I appreciate their understanding and willingness to try to make an undesirable situation better. I would fly Alaska Airlines again.

Cons: The entire experience. Endless delays, coughing crew, stupid instructions, delays on end with no explanation or apology.

Cons: When I bought the basic economy tickets and it felt like they intentionally on every flight had us in the same row but not next to each other. It was bizarre because in planes with 2 seats on each side they put us one on each side. Then they put us in the middle when there were 3 seats and separated another husband and wife in our same row. I an chose other airlines that seat us next to each other without paying 30$ more per seat per flight. I am a mileage plus card holder too.

Pros: Entertainment

Cons: Despite one piece of carry on per passenger they run out of overhead space. The boarding process is unbelievably slow. Far too many with no apparent reason to pre-board are allowed to pre-board . Wanted to buy food were nearly out of any of the choices by row 34 so no food 5:36 minute flight ridiculously poor planning in my opinion. Very little leg room as configured.

Cons: Couldn't hear announcements over PA system

Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.
