Pros:Pick-up counter was a nightmare-- we waitied 30 minutes. They were woefully understaffed, and all but one of the staff was ridiculously slow. The location is also very difficult to access when returning the car. It's like some kind of google map exercise to see if you can actually find the drop-offCons:More staff, or at least one that felt some sense of urgency.
