Our room was kinda run down. There was only 1 chair for 2 desks, no toilet paper, 1 towel for 2 guests & phone didn't work with instructions printed on it. The dinner staff flat ignored us the first night, took orders from tables on either side of us, who came in after we did... then brought wings that weren't fully cooked. The manager did make good on that with 1 free bfast buffet the next day. T...

Natural bridge is great but the rooms at the hotel are dated. The fridge had an inch of dust on it and all the drink machines were empty. The place was freezing and if you're an early sleeper good luck, because there was a party downstairs and the music was super loud.

Pros (+) I liked the location of the hotel and the Italian Buffet. Housekeeping and Maintenance were very friendly and helpful.

Cons (-) The hotel is old and needs work...there was glass out of window of building out back. Cracks in the ceilings, dressers needed to be sanded, stained and polyurethaned. Carpet needed to be cleaned. There was no refrigerators in the rooms, one of our rooms had a microwave the other one didn't. The pillows and mattress' and bedding were awful. The shower was tiny. Pros (+) The outside was beautiful when driving in at night.

Cons (-) This hotel was nothing like what was described or pictured. First , the staircase to the second floor was rusty and shook when we stepped on it and there were NO lights and we arrived very late in the dark. Second, we couldn't get the ac to work. Pros (+) I was surprised by the extra friendly service. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very spacious. With the pleasant service it was a relaxing atmosphere. I would go there again.

Cons (-) We arrived late and could not get a late checkout.
