Location was very good. Check in went smoothly.
The mattress was smaller than the bed so I hit my knee during the night. The towels were of kitchen towel quality. The standard was way too low for 90 €.
Location is good. Public transport available near destination and you can see beach view.
Place is great. It is in the middle of the "old town" with lots of nice venues around. Not that far from municipal beach and train/bus stations as well. Staff is friendly though most of them don't speak English. Balcony opens to a lovely square full of life every evening. People around are great - trying to help you all the time.
Be careful booking this hotel if your arrive later than 8pm. When booked, I missed that check in is only till 8pm and we was charged extra 30 euro. It may sound noisy from the street if you want to sleep with open windows - was an issue for us, consider on your own.
The "casa" itself is very nice. Location easy to find and to move around the village. Rooms spacious and clean. If back to Nettuno will stay again there.
Nobody understands any English. Had to find a person down the street to assist with check-in. Hard to use the elevator if needed. Noisy surroundings, closed windows helped.
Hotel was near the station and the beach. The beach was nice and the waves are big. If you walk further you can find prettier white sandy beaches. Another good thing is that there were no people trying to sell us useless stuff on the beach. It's a small but nice city. There are a lot of small restaurants and shops and the locals seemed nice to me. But some of the streets and buildings looked rundown. Especially near the station. You can take the the train to Rome and it only costs 3,60 € (but it takes 1 hour). The city is very lively in the evening. A lot of families and young people come out and enjoy their time, which is very nice to see. There are also a lot of good gelato. The rooms were big and the bathroom looked clean. Luckly there was airconditioning in the room and free wifi. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. If the rooms weren't so pricey we would come back.
The towels felt like paper, but we brought our own towels anyways. The blankets were the same (paper-thin). Also I bumped my leg, probably 10 times, against that freakin metal framework of the bed. It was stated that they could speak english, but the owner could only speak italien. They were nice and helpful though. It seemed like all the shops and restaurants are closed at the afternoon. Instead they open in the evening until late in the night (very noisy). I thought it would be a good idea to go to a less touristy city which is also near rome. In the end we paid the same price for this hotel as for a 2/3 star hotel and they didn't even have proper breakfast.
Located a 5-minute walk from the Nettuno Tourist Harbour and the Sicily-Rome American Cemetery and Memorial, La Casa degli Sportivi offers classic-style rooms with air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Each room is dedicated to a famous sportsman at the Casa degli Sportivi, and they feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Some have a balcony. Pastries, jams and hot drinks are served daily for breakfast. Free WiFi access is available in the rooms and the lobby area. Nettuno Train Station, where guests can catch trains to Rome, is 300 metres away. Latina is a 30-minute drive.
