Go next door to Quality Inn...
Location. Some staff are kind and you can tell they're trying to help you with what resources and help they're given.
Rude staff and I'm pretty sure she was the manager. Refused to check to see if we could possibly check in early (decent hotels will at least always check for their customers). Our room was filthy once we got in. Dirty floors and bathroom still had used towels, wash clothes hanging from various areas. We picked up the ice bucket and it had spit under it. Had to wait for housekeeping. Once housekeeping arrived we could see that they were being over worked. Our housekeeper was torn between trying to calm down another housekeeper because she was about to walk out on the job and cleaning our room. Basically I stood there holding the door while they talked back and forth and the girl had a meltdown in the hallway. Could smell smoke in our nonsmoking room. Don't let the modern looking room fool you. I felt disgusting sleeping there. We got up early (4am) to start our drive back home due to discomfort.
Room was clean
One of the rooms was 2 hrs late on check in and they didn't have towels available !!!! No towels are u kidding me and a rude staff
Got everything that I expected for the amount I paid. Quiet, comfortable place to sleep. Wasn't super clean, but that didnt bother me!
Towels seemed dirty and you had to pay for internet.
In the middle of the night alarms kept going off keeping us awake, then the water shut off and was making terrible noises. The water eventually turned on but it was still a nuisance. the bathroom was super dirty and they didnt even supply little soaps. which most people dont care about, but we had forgotten our shampoo. We ended up staying up most the night waiting for more alarms to go off or something else terrible to happen.
The Hotel canceld my reservation without notifying me of this leaving my girlfriend and I without a place to stay in New Orleans at 11:30 at night. I am unaware of if this is the hotels fault or Kayaks fault but I will not be staying or useing either.
a complete dump
They had roaches on the floor when I arrived dirty linen was on the bed in a pillow case. The bed was never made the covers was in the little closet, no towels in the room. I told the night lady about the problem & when I got back they switched my room without notifying me so when I tried to get into my original room someone else was there.
The tv was older than I am. And the room smelled like mold. There wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed.
