Great location in the Garden district.

I liked the comfortable bed and the large stand up shower. The balcony and the little secret passageway, I also liked that we were behind a locked gate it made the courtyard feel very safe.
The air vent had mold that flew onto the bed when the air cut on.

Free parking. Location. Price. Neighborhood was QUIET. The crickets chirping at night. The ambience. EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL! My wife forgot her boots, and they called the next day to see if we wanted them sent to us. We did so they took care of it.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Breakfast was good.
The location is in an older section of town and made us feel a bit uncomfortable with the surroundings. The hotel is in three separate buildings in the same area which meant the office and breakfast were a block away from the building our room was in. There is a gate to the property which opens with your key card. Not only is the building locked, so is the yard!

Breakfast was adequate, but we prefer to eat inside at a table where we can watch TV.
Our arrival at the gate and find it closed and then had to walk 2 blocks to the place to check in. Very inconvenient while having to drag several suitcases. They should have someone waiting at the property to help you.
